Very great place! We always book the 17th floor for our Campus and Teens Devotional gathering. It's just sad that the rooftop is not accessible for all even you're not a tenant, but it's a lovely place. Close to fast foods, market, stores, and hospitals. And also the City Hall😊

Slippery bathroom, I use cleaner and hot water to clean the bathroom floor. No Toiletries, Not even drinking water. No kettle, No spoon, No glasses. Strict about parking money,200 a night with 50 per hour day time parking. Most time parking garage empty but the Security Guard and Management wants front area parking. Double expensive than makati area building parking. Basically a milking cow place(1502 unit). Pillows probably the cheapest and thin ones. The reception area is moldy and humid and urine smell. Utter management.

Stayed here twice, room was dirty, the floor didnt get mopped same as the bathroom. Bed sheets wasnt change is dirty as hell. The first time we stayed here the room has cockroaches everywhere we had to buy the spray just to get rid of it and overcharge us with the late check out. We payed 500 pesos when is only 100 pesos per hour according to other security we asked but the other security who "think" his in charge still charged us 500 pesos and we was only a bit late for more than 3hrs checked out cause apparently according to the guy who's "think" his in charged its a bit too late to clean but when you checked in the room is dirty as hell like bro???? And apparently he also said that there's no wifi like he didn't know the password when he's staying the same floor with us and there's literally wifi outside the corridor. I dont think we ever gonna stay here again. We payed about 61k here for a month, my family and i are very disappointed.

Prime location as there's a Jollibee, Chowking, and Watsons just across the street. Parking is also provided. There is also a nearby bulaluhan. Staff are also respectful, and they recheck our rooms before leaving and gave us the things that we forgot to get. The family room is also affordable.

Very dirty. Paid 6,700 for 5 days and this is what i get. Mouldy fridge, dirty toilet. Its dirty everywhere even the linen. Did not bother to clean the room before we arrive. We requested kettle and did not arrive until we check out. Terrible wifi as well. Dont waste your money on this place.
