The staff was helpful and my room got upgraded (despite being solo traveller 😂). The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is easy to locate and if you take the bus from Busan station, it will stop 50 m from the hotel itself. Transportation around the area is great, very close to both bus stops and subway station. It is 30 min from Haeundae Beach but I think I'll stay here again for my next visit to Busan.
