If you want a hotel convenient to the Art Nouveau sites in Nancy, this hotel is an excellent option. The hotel is a short walk from the train station (I had a roller bag and back pack). It is about two blocks. There are three small steps at entry. The facility staff are outstanding and the room is lovely but small (I had reserved a smaller room). There are some amenities present and absent to note. Positives: check in was easy, the towels are lush, the bed pillows are numerous, two bottles of still water are provided, 50 minutes of free swimming permitted each day. There is an elevator and the hall lights are motion activated. The range of local milks and yogurts and seasonal fruits and juices available at the breakfast was impressive. Negatives: the bathroom has two mirrors and the small magnifying one doesn’t steam up but the large one does, there is no place to put a suitcase except the desk or floor, the bed will feel very firm to some. The breakfast coffee was mediocre.

Hotel right next to the border with France, about 20 minutes by bus from the central railway station. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. There is a possibility to make tea, there is no minibar. Breakfast is modest and the same every day.

Really convenient especially if travelling with young kids. Their suites are very comfortable. It has easy access into the main city centre.

Very comfortable and very clean room with ample space. Parking, although paid for, was convenient. Public transport pass to Basel centre was offered to us for free for the duration of our stay . Breakfast was very good. No complaints. Will definitely book again.

We came in late night and the front desk rep was great, super friendly and very informative. The room was just what we needed, fresh sheets, perfect temp, etc. The real star of the show was the gentlemen manning the front desk on the morning of 7/26. We had requested the breakfast box the night before, but he informed us he didn't receive the notice (not a big deal). He then proceeded to go into the kitchen and make us two fresh boxes without us even asking. Such a nice guy, give him a RAISE. Overall great experience and will certainly be coming back if I ever find myself in Basel again. Keep up the great work and god bless.

The Hotel’s Front Desk employee named Carlos provided exceptional service beyond my and my husband’s expectations. He was so helpful in providing information since it was our first time in the city and we needed guidance in how to get to where we needed to be, took great care of our personal belongings and was very helpful and accommodating all throughout our stay. Special mention to Carlos for the quality service provided.

Wonderful stay. Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Special mention for Alex who cooked us a meal an hour after closing time. Very comfortable rooms and super beds. Parking very nearby and dedicated to the hotel. Bus route into Basel right outside the door and is free with tourist pass from reception. First class breakfast included. Highly recommended .

We arrived around 10pm and received very good help getting checked in. We got to our room and found it to be very clean, a comfortable bed, a closet that was only about 1 foot wide with 6 hangers and no drawers to put clothes away as we were there for several days. Drawers would have been nice. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding, and it was that way every morning. Excellent food, friendly workers. The biggest reason for only giving a 3 was the temperature in the room. I had the AC set at 18 C, but it was at least 23 C. We slept on top of the bedspread at night. I took the problem to the front desk where they had sympathy, but not much else. No other room offered, not a lot of concern. I was rather disappointed. We opened the window, which had no screen, and noticed several other windows were opened on our floor as well. Not sure I would ever stay at this hotel again.

This is a nice three stars hotel 15min away from the centre. it's clean, safe, the staff is great. They provide breakfast for all the guests, eatable and a qrcode for a free transportation in the city. It helped. The rooms are quite small but clean. The staff is welcoming.
