Fantastic customer service and very clean room

This is an area right next to the mountain and gets a lot of dampness and from the forest, it was the windy season and that was also a factor. As a result our room was damp, cool and could have used some heat (which they don't have). The grounds and rooms were nice, fit and finish lacking, but staff tried their best and were friendly. We cut our visit short by 4 days and refunds were not possible. Power was out for a couple hours our first night stay. We did find a more enjoyable spot about 20 min away in Caldera (warmer and dryer)

This place is a 10, clean, updated, beautiful grounds and view with excellrnt service. Best hotel of my trip.

Great setting!

The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained and in an excellent location for a visit to Boquete. However, I would not recommend it for the simple reason that during our four night stay , never once was the room cleaned, the bed made, the towels changed, or toilet paper added to the bathroom. Since it was kinda cool in the mountains, and it was rainy during most of our stay, the towels would not dry between uses, so we had to go to the office to request an additional pair of towels. Also had to ask for another roll of TP. Before anyone gets the wrong idea, we are perfectly capable of cleaning up after ourselves, making our bed and tidying the bathroom. HOWEVER, when we stay at a hotel , we don’t want to!! A bit of pampering is what we go for and what we expect. This wasn’t someone’s house that we rented. Nowhere in the property description did it say “ no services provided “, and I went back to check!! Maybe not a deal breaker for some, but I would not return or recommend for that reason.

Very tranquil, quiet and relaxing location. Private patio, walkable to get to one restaurant but a bit too far to the town ok case of rain but Uber or taxi is reasonable.

It is a great rural setting. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. It is a place where we will definitely stay again.

First time at Rio Verde by Villa Alejandro and it was a great experience. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great massage by Fatima.

The 2 man-made Waterfalls and streams flowing throughout the property and the large stream behind gave a similar sound to a fast flowing brook.. There is a variety of very good affordable restaurants within driving distance in town. Also the higher end Rock dining experience for wine and food lovers is within a short walk from Rio Verde.

Our room had the hottub with garden view and we were able to watch the humming birds all day. Amazing room, will definitely be back

Very clean and well-appointed casitas in a garden setting along Rio Verde.

I have made three stops in panama and this waa my favorite place to stay the cabin i was in was outstanding clean spacious with a kitchenette and to burner stove top wonderful patio with a 2 person hot tub. I love to walk and it was a nice walk to rown but also a shuttle was available. The staff was wonderful and helped me with my continuing journey to costa rica . I highly recommend this place.

Room is just perfect, property is amazing.

What an absolutely gorgeous hotel. The surroundings were amazing - a small stream running outside our room, a beautiful fountain, dozens of hummingbirds (and frogs!). The rooms themselves were perfect with an extremely well-equiped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and stream. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If you have a chance, go for a massage - it was heavenly. It was a couple of minutes outside of Boquete so convenient, but also very quiet and serene. I couldn't recommend more highly.
