We stay 7 nights but they said they would not change the bed sheets. That's unacceptable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Grocery store within a short walk. Property of hotel had tight security with gated entrance and high walls.

Good to sleep,very clean, extremely far away, 20 euro Uber x. To Madrid city center. Hotel should emphasize area is not nicest and is very. Far away.

The property is very comfy and has very high ceiling . Parking is so easy with an App. The location is close to center but you do need public transportation or Uber. It fulfilled our needs.

Great stay. Lovely apartment and clean. Would have been nice to have a washing machine as it mentioned laundry included but luckily we only stayed a few nights. Great transportation links to the centre just be mindful it can be quiet on some of the surrounding streets at night.

In general it was ok , was waiting for the reception girl for around 15 min , couldn’t enter the place .. The area is not the most safe place I would say . Room is very big , shampoo and gel does not work well . Will not be back

We received multiple messages regarding our arrival and how we should proceed with a late check in. Overall a very nice apartment. A few construction issues - a door jam falling off. Smell from the shower drain. But really a very comfortable stay.

This is an amazing hotel and since I will need to visit Madrid often, will be my hotel of choice. Very functional kitchen, 2 minute walk from the grocery store, 10/10 for cleanliness, and fabulous and responsive staff.

Esculent location for the price, wish it was a bit closer to downtown, the train is close a short walk, it’s not is a very good barrio. Wish they had more coffee and room service, we needed a blanket and couldn’t get one. Communication a bit slow. For the most part this apartment is good for the size and price.

Paseo suites overall was a good stay. Very clean and safe and secure building. Surrounding area was a bit loud on the weekend, but not surprising for a large city. Our favorite aspect was the Easy metro ride to the center of Madrid from this apartment. My main feedback is to increase communication; I alerted the property of my arrival time and once we arrived no one was available on the property to help us with check in (although we were able to get some check in directions over the phone so thank you). I am not sure if there is a scarcity issue that this property is facing but we are a family of 5 and we stayed 3 nights. We received 2 rolls of toilet paper - we ran out and I had to request more. We did receive the toilet paper. My 2 sons shared the sofa bed. They each seemed to want and need their own blanket. I requested an additional blanket 3 times. I got the run around each time ; “the blanket is for two people; we never provide an extra blanket.” I politely stated that we needed an extra blanket. More run around - “I will let my colleague know.” The blanket never arrived. Perhaps their is a lack of communication among staff; or perhaps there is a shortage of blankets?

Beautiful suite- feels brand new, with grocery stores, train access and restaurants a five min walk behind the bldg. Downtown is about 20 min drive. Staff kindly watched our baggage and put it into our suite as we had arrived prior to check in. Communication was immediate. Highly recommended it!

Hôtel is clean, room and bathroom are clean spacious. Shower need to be fixed. It leaks from top. It’s a little issue, hotel staff can fix. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Parking has easy and secured access

Fantastic apartment. Everything was brand new. Nice neighborhood with shopping and a great bar and restaurant called Renato's. Beatrice at the reception was a super nice person. Warren B. Jax. Fl.
