Overall good experience. The email for my passcode never came, so I had to call right before I got there. I just can’t believe they make you pay more even if it’s going from 1 to 2 people. The area is very good because it’s touristy, but not the main tourist area.

Didn’t send the confirmation email in advance so have to do it outside the property after communicating with the customer service with the wifi

Great location. In the city center. A lot of restaurants and shopping. Room is nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Everything is great, the place is clean and modern, the location is convenient, rapid response, except there was a serious foul smell when the bathroom heater was turned on. If you can live without a heater, I’d recommend you to stay here

Poor stay, waited for one hour in reception as no one was there. Also no one from Hotels.com passed on the information for check in…. Terrible

Very high price with very poor service！Not even a desk for working！No breakfast delivery as reserved！Very bad wifi on the 3rd floor and nobody fixed it！Yes， there is robot on whatsapp 24/7 as advertised， but none of the problem was solved！！！No cleaning during a week！Terrible hotel， no second stay！

Amazing amazing amazing. Modern renovated appartments. So classy and so convenient. Walkable to everywhere. Loved it and will always stay there. I extended because of the amazing spacious rooms they have.

Great central location within 8 mins waking distance to main attractions, modern and spacious apartment, wonderful view from my room!

Great design, lots of space. Kitchenette with induction stove but not freezer, microwave or toaster. No ice available. Free drinks and pack of chips was great bonus. All questions averted immediately by AI not through whatsapp. Most deficient eat the the historic, classy but well priced Cafe Louvre right across the street.

Great central location, modern accommodation, easy to book

Pros: Cheerful, efficient staff; pleasant garden, adjacent parking decent restaurant & breakfast. Cons: air conditioning nearly useless - locked out at around 26C. Stifling, hot room. Also in the breakfast area there was a line and a long wait to get coffee because of one very slow coffee machine. They need a separate machine or pot just for ordinary coffee so that there's not lines waiting.
