Aircon didn't work for more than 3 minutes at a time, shower temperature control broken, coat hoots falling off the wall. Generally poor for the price. Would not stay again.

Did receive any pre check in instructions. We were lucky that a chap staying there (who had the same problem we did) had the contact number. Lady said Hotels.com don’t pass on the customer’s email or phone number so she couldn’t contact me with the instructions!! Bed did not look like a king size and mattress was awful. BBC channels did not work on tv, so no World Cup match. I had to cast it from my phone to the tv. Shower pressure below average and shower tray dangerously slippy. Only two pods of coffee in room for two people, two night stay, so called and ask for more, which were delivered. There is a heavy fire door between bedroom and bathroom door which was extremely loud and woke up the sleeping person every time. Aircon/heater unit was good. Bed settee was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would not be my first choice stay again.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The towels had stains on them, so I don’t think they were cleaned / washed properly. Didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you would need. Water pressure for cold water was very low.

Well equipped apartment that is in need of a refresh. Holding deposit plus an advance payment method. Cleanliness isn’t great.

Don't book with these people. I had a £20 charge invoiced to me with no confirmation of why. After questioning it twice and confirming I didn't request any extras they have now said it was for parking. My account on their app shows I did not have it as part of my stay so I expect this to be refunded. I booked an apartment with a king bed and a sofa bed but there was no bedding for the sofa bed and after informing them all I got was a message to say thanks for letting them know. My friend and I had to share the king. If I book a room that specifies 2 beds I expect to be able to use both. The property was incredibly hot and the air con kept switching off so we had to get up multiple times in the night to put it back on. Don't stay here

Great location and overall, positive with great amenities. Will likely stay again, however unfortunately the bed/mattress was horrific and unsupportive and the shower fittings leaked quite badly.

The location is great and the communication is good, but the gym is a bit small.

the place was clean and tidy, quite. the design was amazing, kitchen all waking and nice set of dishes. very quite area where to stay. the downside was that I was given wrong room, in description I was written balcony, but I didn't have it. and the toiled lid was broken. coffee machine in communal area wasn't working.

The place is modern, well-kept, and perfectly designed for travelling workers like myself. It’s in a great location with easy access to London, making commuting effortless. The staff were respectful, kind, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated the free coffee — a thoughtful touch for those of us who are always working! The cleaning team were genuinely fun to chat with, and they clearly take pride in keeping everything spotless. The fully furnished room was 10/10, a true turnkey solution for someone who’s always on the go. It had everything I needed — from a well-equipped kitchenette to comfortable bedding and fast Wi-Fi which was over 100mb download & 75mb upload speeds (per 10 seconds). Overall, Your Apartment Milton Keynes really solves most headaches when it comes to short-term stays. I’ll 100% be visiting again — highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay with everything thought of.

Very clean and nice

The shower water pressure and water temperature was non existent.

Handy location, not far from the train station nor the centre of town. Nice big space in the room with everything provided. Good area for working at in the room Only minor gripes was that being on the ground floor I couldn’t open my curtains without everyone seeing in, given the large floor to ceiling windows. Also bathroom was an accessible wet room which isn’t my favourite. However, great value for money and made a nice change from a standard hotel room.

Very impressed with the quality of the apartment, well put together and good selection of amenities. Location is convenient if you drive, little bit of a walk if you don't however not too far. For the money its honestly a nice place to stay and very quiet too, I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room is big and clean. We don’t know why the phone rang in the mid-night, Therefore, I may suggest to add one more door lock instead of a combination lock only.
