Staff was great. Very prompt and efficient check in. The front desk gentleman (Noha) even noticed that we were hungry and tired and quickly called the restaurant to let them know we were coming over (since breakfast had just closed). Breakfast (which came with the room) was good. Ordered egg white omlette everyday and had oatmeal. They also had traditional Spanish breakfast available. The room was well appointed and we had a great view of the Galleria Canalejaa and Four Seasons hotel. Gym was well equipped with weights, kettlebells and weigh resistant machines. Viktor from concierge/bell desk, was also always very helpful. We accidentally pinned our uber pick up a block away from the hotel and he helped roll our suitcases (3) to the uber. Thanks for a short but sweet stay!

Comfortable, great service, excellent rooms. I don’t particularly agree with others review. Hotel deserves an overall score over 9.2 to be honest.

The room was very nice, clean. Bed was comfortable, very relaxing. The staff of this hotel was amazing, always helpful.

I arrived at 1:15 pm and had to wait half an hour just to reach the reception because there was only one employee to check in the guests which is unacceptable and i had to wait until 3 pm to check in to my room because they said there was no room available.

We arrived in Madrid on October 12th, not realizing it was a national holiday. Unfortunately, the man at reception didn’t make us feel welcome—he seemed irritated and told us that most businesses would be closed and the city wouldn’t be fully functioning. Having just arrived from Rome, our second stop on our Euro tour, we felt quite disappointed. However, once we went out, we discovered the complete opposite—the city was vibrant and alive! Everything was open, the streets were full of people enjoying music, food, and celebrations. I still don’t understand why the receptionist gave us such a negative impression. It was also uncomfortable that he kept staring at us whenever we were in the lobby or near the elevator. We also had an unpleasant experience with room service—the food arrived cold and undercooked. Additionally, my room didn’t have the “city view” that was advertised; instead, it faced another building and looked more like a side street. On the positive side, the room itself was very clean, and the shower was excellent. Madrid is a beautiful city, and despite these issues, we still enjoyed exploring it.

Fabulous as usual

Cometi en leve error en cuanto al dia de llegada. Terminé pagando $650 extra por un cuarto que nunca ocupe en esa noche. Hotels.com indico que algo a ajustaren el hotel y el Marriott dijo que era un asunto de Hotels.com. Nunca consideraron ni un ajuste . Asi que quede pillado entre ellos. Y anteriormente también me ocurrió con Marriott en Boston

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff.

Great modern hotel. Breakfast poor at 45€ per head for continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious but amenities lacking. 4 sq shower when a bath could have been installed is pointless. No spa appointments available No pool or sauna or steam so not sure how it gets a five star status. I’d just say it was a modern 4 star. Very overpriced for a 4 star hotel as definitely was not five stars

No amenities, only a restaurant and bar, service was very good, but the carpet of the rooms and hotel in general are stain and looks dirty.
