Great modern hotel. Breakfast poor at 45€ per head for continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious but amenities lacking. 4 sq shower when a bath could have been installed is pointless. No spa appointments available No pool or sauna or steam so not sure how it gets a five star status. I’d just say it was a modern 4 star. Very overpriced for a 4 star hotel as definitely was not five stars

No amenities, only a restaurant and bar, service was very good, but the carpet of the rooms and hotel in general are stain and looks dirty.

As nice as you'd expect at JW. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Great stay

Ana Isabel, reservation manager, is one of the most helptful and incredible people I have ever met in a hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel based solemnly on her.

Newly renovated and in a great central location. As stated in the Hotel description the room was "sound proof" but they must have forgot to tell the Police. (sarcasm) The "corner" room was very large and comfortable and with a very large bath, but a lot of empty space and missing closet space, a possible second sink and little accessories (like more hooks for bath robes, towels etc.)

Excellent although a little far away from the trendy Salamanca area

This property is going through start up - debugging process! Some inconveniences for us but staff worked so hard - especially the general manager. I wish luck to them!
