I forgot to take a picture of the hotel, but what I like about the hotel was it has a minimalist interior design with a white paint for its wall, and I loveedd their hospitality and their honestyyy because I forgot my phone on the day when I checked out, but they keep it for me! And I was able to take it back again 😭😭😭 Ascella Bangkok, you are so coolll, please maintain your honesty and best services for the futureee!! Thank you so much!!!

This is the best place for Indonesians who want to find a place to stay overnight, near Pratunam Market but not that crowded. *This hotel seems to be filled with Indonesians, hehe, because when I came here, I didn't find any foreigners other than Indonesians.

7 of us stayed 4 days and 3 nights on 2025, july 17-20 for 2 rooms. One of our rooms on the 3rd floor had a toilet leak and caused a very pungent urine odor, which did not dissipate even when the bathroom door was closed. We lodged a complaint at the lobby that night and were not greeted at all by the old uncle manning the front desk. Instead, the uncle gave priority to the group that had just checked in without addressing our complaint. Even the staff on duty could not speak English. After we complained and asked for a room change, the uncle got angry and said there were no vacant rooms that day and told us to wait until tomorrow. We asked for a solution to bring an extra bed to our first room but the uncle said they don't provide extra beds. Finally we insisted on bringing the mattress from the smelly room to our room upstairs, only then did their staff provide a new room. They lied that there were no vacant rooms, even though they did not want to provide a bigger room as a form of accountability. This hotel is super bad, a bit far from the big highway, the rooms are not soundproof. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone even though it's a cheap hotel.

BTS near the hotel does not have many lines, hotel room has wide bed but space is not too big, okay

All is good, and the most important thing is the hotel seems still new and clean, and near to the central/city for shopping.

The room is clean, spacious for family. Okay, like to eat in Pratunam. Near Platinum Mall, market, Tofu, Big C. Close to everything just by walking. Okay, thank you Ascella Hotel.

The guests are almost all Indonesians. So it feels like home hahaha. Overall it's comfortable, clean, and the service is also very good!

Great place, easy check-in and check out. I stayed for 2 nights, but no more mineral water refill in my room, but it's okay, because in the lobby, you can refill water from dispenser.

Small but clean and tidy hotel, close to sevel and pratunam market. There is a coin laundry near the hotel so it is easy to wash clothes. Bolt/grab/tuktuk access is also good so you can pick up or drop off right in front of the hotel. There are many cute cafes around the hotel, good for morning coffee. Don't forget to request a room with a window because some rooms don't have windows, or you can ask for a room type that has a window. Overall the hotel is really good. The uncle owner is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It's a pleasant stay. Brand new hotel. Love it!

We are allowed to check in before 2.30pm, which is very convenient for us. The room is spacious and clean. Shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap are also provided. The uncle can speak chinese well, foreigner from China will not have communication problem here. 7-11 is just 1min walk from the hotel, and pratunam is only 3min walking distance. However, it will take a longer time to walk to bts station. Overall, it is a good stay here.

it was a great stay with Ascella Hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the old man (not sure if he’s the boss or not). He can communicate in english, thai, and chinese. The place is very close with pratunam market, if shopping is included in your to do list, you definitely need to stay here. I booked the 3 persons room, and it was quite spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The aircon and fridge also worked really well. Other plus point, hotel is conveniently located near 7eleven. I have no complaints during my stay. Check in and check out process also very smooth. Definitely will comeback to this hotel again!
