Does the job great location the owners are very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

This place brags, "We've embraced a fully digital experience" which in reality should read our on-line registration process is clumsy and we take 2 1/2 weeks to respond to repeated phone calls and emails from clients- even when Hotels.com intervenes. Avoid this hotel. Room was small and the entrance area is sketchy. I would never recommend to family or friends.

Loved the location and how easy it was to get around! The room was small and quaint but exactly what I needed. I will say that the walls are thin and you can hear people going up and down the stairs and you can also hear people outside. But I wasnt in the room much and I'm a heavy sleeper so it wasnt an issue for me.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor. The building itself is very poorly isolated, between floors, walls, etc. Meaning that even if it is 15 degrees Celsius outside, it is 30 degrees inside. Because there is no aircondition, or (de)humidifier, the inside climate was horrible. Furthermore, we could hear anyone on the floor, the floor above and below walking or talking. The apartment itself is fine, there is room, it is clean, it has what you need. The location is very central, with all that entails in regards to noise.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. We appreciated that it had a washer. We wish a drying rack had been present, but we managed to hang dry our clothes on hangers. From the outside the apartments don’t look like much, but inside they are spacious for the price and have everything we needed for our stay. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Not exactly how it looks in the pictures especially for the price we paid. Its quite dated property. Check in instructions were sent on time.We arrived late , and it was difficult finding the exact location. In pictures they have shown is a mall close by not the actual apartment . Its not even signposted where actual entrance was should have been clearer or at least properly guided with check in instruction. Check in time is 10am which I feel is too early , should at least be 11am like everywhere else . They actually knocked on the door 15 minutes before 10 !!and stood outside waiting for us to leave ! Good point is location , very central and walkable to most places .

The apartment is large and really great. Amenities great. The elevator is almost too scary to use. But still the apartment was so awesome we dealt with it. Here’s the important part, when renting this apartment. The pictures show an area near by, ( The silver man head) it’s not there. This is going to confuse you. To find the location, when looking straight at the man and the Starbucks, you go to the right. Down an alley shopping area. There is a “Textile store” it’s in red letters. Across from there is another small alleyway. It’s in there. You’ll see a shop with Persian items and gifts. The entrance is across from there. Use the small key pad for your code. They WILL answer at the phone number they send you but they own many properties so have your information ready if you need to ask questions. Check in was rough, however, once in it’s a great apartment.

Amazing location in the heart of Old Town. Hard to find at first as it’s within a business foyer. Clean and spacious room. No AC and if you open the window it’s nosy (but comes with being in a center location) there is a club at the basement. Will be staying here again. Great value!

Location was excellent if thats all one is looking for, but other than that apartment was fairish. Aparment was spacious but Walls could do with some fresh paint. We got an email regarding booking but trying to self check turned out it was actually a different room. Had to call to sort that out. After that check in was easy. Place is very noisy with banging doors and windows continuously over the night. Asked the staff to fix the kitchen exhaust on the first evening of our stay but it was never fixed. Staff is good at replying to the queries. Checking in and out is very easy (self check in/out).

Great location, some minor street noise but worth it for the proximity to everything. Apartment was clean and check in was super easy as they just email you a code. However not having a reception was frustrating as communications via email was slow. (Never got a response to my request for a kettle). The amenities in the apartment were disappointing. We had a king bed but we’re provided two single duvets (romantic hey?!), and pillows were super lumpy. It was advertised as having tea/coffee facilities but there was no kettle - we had to boil water in a saucepan and drink out of the one mug provided and a bowl! No washing up liquid or cloths provided either. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to go buy new batteries for it. Also don’t expect to see the homely items in the pictures - no cushions, blankets, plants etc. much more basic, no-frills experience. For two nights it was fine, but wouldn’t stay again.

The unit had everything we needed and it was in a great location - close to the metro and the old town.

Amazing location. Reception is two streets away, but not problematic to locate.

Convenient to lots of the city attractions, tram stops, Tesco supermarket, Quadrio shopping centre, Prague Castle and many restaurants. Couldn't find fault with it. Check in is at City Next just 2 minutes walk, it was quick and easy.

This place was absolutely amazing. We arranged for an airport transfer and met a great guy named Medusa who was brilliant! He was super polite and showed us the attractions on our way to the accommodation. The staff were very helpful and ensured that we had a great stay. They even recommended where to go for breakfast- provided lots of options! Our room was very spacious, clean and very close to the main square in old town where they have lots of bars, clubs, Christmas markets, all the attractions and restaurants. Recommended bar- Steampunk, club- Ace club. We will definitely return to this place as we are very impressed with the excellent service and quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended!

Todo perfecto, la única pega que puedo poner es que no tiene aire acondicionado ni opción de renovar el aire. Eso sí hay un ventilador. La suerte es que no hacía mucho calor y estuvimos muy bien. Por lo demás la situación es inmejorable y la habitación de buen tamaño

Einrichtung wirklich wie neu, alles sauber, Lage war mehr als perfekt, etwas hellhörig aber trotzdem angenehm, geparkt haben wir außerhalb der Innenstadt, Auto braucht man bei dieser Lage absolut nicht. Umgebung ist zu jeder Uhrzeit gut besucht, es war immer sehr sicher
