We stayed for 11 nights and were very pleased with the hotel. Only issue was the position of the smoke alarm directly over one of our queen beds. Flashing periodically through the night. (I am light sensitive). Otherwise perfect hotel.

Front desk staff - fantastic. Greeted with a big welcome and smile. The room was clean and appeared recently updated or new. Lots of towels and a great continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Glendale.

The hotel staff were kind and incredibly accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We used our key for most entrances, parking and the elevator so we felt very safe and secure. It is in a busy area, but we didn’t hear a lot of outsides noise. We 100% would stay here again.

If you are sensitive with smell like I’ll suggest you refuse room #121 It’s next to kitchen and your room will smell oily food. The light also was not good. The room need more lights. Although the size of this room is huge because it’s for disabled people and I don’t know why they gave it to me. Also be careful with the drivers who do valet parking. They drive dangerously fast in underground parking lot. My family and I almost got hit while we are crossing toward the elevators. I hope the manager does something about this. Front desk staffs are nice and the food was great.

We had an overnight stay at the hotel. Super modern and clean if a bit sterile feeling. Good gym facilities and excellent breakfast.

It was a great room and location with safe parking. The only problem were the kids upstairs running around. The staff was friendly and helpful!! I would stay again.

As soon as you walk into the check-in location you can it’s smelt very clean and refreshing. Service desk was amazing she upgraded me and made sure everything was ok with our stay rooms A++++

Felt safe and easy

The staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:30pm and asked to check on and her response without askibg if I have a reservation was that since it's before 3pm she would have to charge me extra. I asked if the room was ready and she said yes but still wouldn't let me check i early without payi g extra. When I came back at 3pm she again unprofessional and was trying to sell me a room. She didn't even ask if I had a reservation.

Very comfortable

The bed is too soft; our room was not cleaned some days even though there was no “not ready” sign on the door. The service team seemed to have a hard time to keep track of which rooms were occupied and need to be serviced. Otherwise, it was fine. There was daily continental breakfast.
