Didn’t like anything. But stayed because we were committed.

On my route between Winnipeg and my final destination in Ontario. The price was too high for the room conditions and the general poor service that been provided. The final price was hired than advertised and advertise in Expedia. No coffee in the room. Long hair all over the room, including the sheets and the pillow, the garbage can not fully emptied, some left after the previous guests/stuff. The room was under direct sun beams, and I had to drive down to the lake beach in 9 PM to cool down as NO A/C in the room!

Quite,stuff are friendly!

The room is like going back in time late '70s early '80s but everything was clean. No soap, no coffee maker, and the door had a stained glass window with porch light on outside so it lit up the entire room all night long.

No in room coffee pot. No air conditioning. Batteries in remote were dead so no tv Paint peeling of ceiling in bathroom Window. Real dirty

Comfortable

It’s good for people who simply need somewhere to sleep but want to save money . But it’s not much more than that

My stay at Sunset Motel was ok , except the shower was not the best , but the overall stay was ok.

Convenient, old style room, slight mould smell…marginal but fine to sleep and leave.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It’s a little dated, but the rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights - This isn’t an expensive stay and for that you do expect to get what you’re paying for and I mean that in no bad way. The building is older, but the room was clean - the bathroom was clean (could use a paint refresh no biggie), the water was hot and like a water fall and Jeff was great to chat with as the interim host. The restaurant across the road is fantastic and the town has this nostalgia to it The beach is beautiful and it’s a great central spot if you’re travelling between the parks and mines or Sault and Thunder Bay for exploring. There’s a nearby gas station and coffee shop and more inside - no Tim’s but that’s just as well!

Fast and easy check in restaurant bar across the street other options as well very clean ..
