This facility is beyong 'upgrading.' It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from ground up

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Banani, Dhaka. The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka!

I know this is budget competative place, and I understand I cannot expect very high, nice and clean condition. But at least, the bed sheets must have been changed. I was even able to see hair and dirts still left on the sheets from other's previous stay. Of course they changed the sheets under my request, but anyway, my colleague and I founf the same problem from different room, which means their house keeping is not on the level yet.
