well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers. The place is very calm , serene and beyond beautiful.

This place was amazing the room was clean and beautiful the food amazing too and the staff were very kind this resort is a little bit too far from downtown.

The property management over charged me for 21 meals which I never used. Please call/contact me for painful details including Expedia negligence in timely contacting the hotel which caused me loss of $173. Bad Expedia and very bad Zen Resort. 732-778-6116 (NJ-USA)

Rooms are very clean, tea coffee water provided in room, no hairdryer in bathroom, but irons, hairdryer on request, tv, mini bar. No beach on site, but its wallkable by 15 mins, or a car from morning to sunset to take you, small bar on the beach, sea a bit rocky shoes good idea. swimming pools across the road 2 mins, nice pool sea view,small bar. restaurant nice, all inclusive is available but its a set menu but there is a good choice, breakfast is a very nice buffet style, we had good service in restaurant from Ibrahim worth a mention as hes always serving not standing around. Nice hotel for relaxing, would have to take a taxi if wanted any nightlife, but a few bars in saal hasheesh 15 mins walk. overall we really enjoyed our stay,and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and exceptionally nice.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. They made a beautiful birthday cake for us. The food is extremely high quality and very generous portions. Ahmed was there at every mealtime and also at the pool bar to make sure we did not want for anything - thank you Ahmed - you made our stay very memorable

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We had a great time. Security personals, front desk staff, waitresses and cleaning staff strive to please and help.

Note on the website elevator only from third floor up. A lot of stairs for the elderly or handicapped. Provide proper rails for the outside stairs. Add rails in the bathroom for safety and support.

Nice place

The hotel room itself is fine. Not overly big, has a good size shower, no bathtub, no hair dryers. Nice ocean view balcony, not cramped, with two chairs and a small table. The housekeeper was good, under the bed could use some cleaning, I know because I lost my sunglasses. It’s a 2km walk to the private beach area. They have a driver until 7pm. Bring your water shoes, it is rocky. Snorkel gear would be great as well. Drinks on the beach are reasonably priced. There is a small strip mall with a small supermarket and pharmacy at the beach area also. There is nothing at the hotel itself except the restaurant- breakfast is fine, lunch/dinner menu is the same, wait staff are inattentive and argued with each other often. There are no elevators at this hotel, my room was on the fourth floor, pack light. These resorts are quite remote be prepared to rent a vehicle or get a taxi or Uber. Great services and a great start for this amazing hotel , this hotel needs some small improvement and it will be one of the best in Hurghada.

Struttura nel complesso carina, spiaggia attrezzata gratuita, piscina minuscola e non usufruibile completamente diversa dalle foto. Le camere sono ampie, avevamo chiesto una matrimoniale ma non ci è stata fornita, la pulizia esterna è buona e nel complesso anche quella della camera con presenza pero di calcare, migliorabile insomma. La zona è distante dal centro di hurghada e dunque un po’ isolata ma sicuramente la baia di Sahl hasheesh è una delle migliori come barriera. il personale parla poco inglese e volevano addebitarci, in un tentativo vano di spillarci dei soldi, delle bibite che avevamo comprato al supermercato spinneys..

Alors par où commencer, j’ai pas envie de dénigré l’établissement mais sans mentir il y a bcp de point négatif. Premièrement nous arrivons à l’hôtel vers 22h le mec a l’accueil nous dis que nous avons un all exclusive à noter que nous avons que le petit dej compris… bon ça encore ça va. En arrivant dans la chambre des tâches sur le mur noir je sais même pas ce que c’est… impossible de ranger nos affaires car impossible d’ouvrir la porte du dressing. Nous avons Wifi gratuit dans l’hôtel mais bon faut il encore qu’il marche par ce que juste d’envoyer un message sur what’s app 10min pour s’envoyer. Et la meilleure pour la fin par ce que je trouve ça très drôle. Il y a dans la chambre une télévision à disposition avec Netflix YouTube… Lorsque j’essaie de lancer une de ces applications il est impossible de l’utiliser, « votre télévision n’est pas connecté à internet » je décide donc d’appeler la réception, il viennent à 3 pour au final me dire que c’est pas possible. Je demande pourquoi et le mec hausse les épaules sans donner de réponse. Ça reste un bon hôtel dans l’ensemble mais je suis désolé vous pouvez trouver bcp mieux pour le même prix
