Perfect for studio category. Spacious room. There is a mini kitchen. Large bathroom. Very comfortable. Walking distance to KLCC.

Travel with 2 adults and 3 kids. 2 queen beds accommodate our space. Clean and tidy room. Need to anticipated the long queuing on the room check in and lift accupancy. Bit upset only on remote TV not working properly. Overall it was the good experience and vacation at the apartment.

This hotel is perfect for a family of four. Lucky me I got the family room with two double bed. They have a dining table that is very convenient, so you can have meals with family properly, not eating at the bed like usually you do at the hotel. They have a fully equipped kitchen set plus microwave and full size refrigerator. Even they provide a washing machine complete with dryer, capsule detergent, even the iron! Most of all, the swimming pool was insane! Buut, they have 4 elevators only, so expect at some point will be a peak hours for elevators. And when you see the remarks at apps, it only less than 400meters from klcc lrt station, the fact is more than 800meters. Conclusion, this hotel is very recommended, but if you're willing to take a public transport, better you consider the other hotel.

Very satisfied staying here, spacious room with cool view and strategic location close to KLCC, only minus hot water when taking a shower, only available on day 1 of staying, on day 2 there was no hot water for food, we didn't take breakfast, but overall it's okay and will stay here again if we go to KL.

It was nice to stay in Scarletz. The room is clean with complete facilities. It would be better if the check-in time could be earlier.

Will stay here again if I go to KL. Near the twin towers, Suria, just walk. The apartment is ok, clean, comfortable.

Check in and out process is easy. When I entered the room the water was stagnant. There is a drain leak. What makes it uncomfortable is that the officers took so long to come that they had to ask twice. That is the main drawback here when something is missing or a problem takes a long time to come or respond. The leaking channel was promised to be repaired tomorrow but we waited until the afternoon and it wasn't repaired. So we have to be reminded again and it's been a long time coming. There wasn't an iron in the room when I asked for it for a long time. The average wait is more than 30 minutes. This must be corrected immediately. Fortunately the room size is spacious. The large glass can see the view out of the building. There is a stove, complete microwave. Refrigerator. Smart TVs. Towels and linens were changed on the 3rd day of stay. The sky pool is a good one. Even though you can only see the end of the Twin Towers. For lifts, it's really busy during busy times, like checking out is hard to get. The advice is that it's better to ask for a room at the top so it's easy to get to the lift, don't take the floor, because it's definitely full.

Definitely one of the best apartment in KLCC! The room is spacious and there 's everything you need from washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and a kitchen set complete with it 's utensils! There 's also a mini market downstairs that sells anything you need. Moreover it 's only a 5 mins walk from petronas tower and it 's quite close to pavilion, definitely worth every penny.

The room is good and clean. Convenient location neaeby klcc. Swimming pool with klcc and Kuala Lumpur tower view. Sky gym.

Ruangan bersih, aman, nyaman. Layanan agak sedikit lambat tapi no problem semu teratasi. Infinity pool nya cakep banget. Dekat dari mana aja, jalan kaki juga bisa. Sangat disayangkan di jam sibuk seperti pagi hari lift sangat lama.🥺
