Great property, great owner made it so easy

Tight for 3 with small queen beds & rooms Bit far from the bus/tram stops Property doesn’t give you the free travel pass as given by all hotels in all cities of Switzerland Ants all over the place bin both the rooms we had

Stayed in Zurich 2 days before taking train to Paris. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and had very nice views. A few places to eat close by with a local market around the corner. Would stay again.

Will never stay here again. Horrible communication when we first got to the hotel our code to the front door didn’t work which would have left us homeless for the night if it wasn’t for another guest leaving awhile later and they wouldn’t answer any calls or emails. Horrible pillows leaving us with terrible neck pain and the shower water pressure was so weak it hardly washes your soap off. Amenities were poor there was no ac or even a fan in 30 degree heat plus the ad for the hotel said coffee machine but you get a coffee machine with no coffee or milk. Having your windows open meant hearing the restaurant below until past midnight and area surrounding was loud in the early hours of the morning

The room is like an oven!! Not fan at all !! When u opened the window, it's nosiy from the traffic and the people talking from the restaurant below even past midnight. When u closed the window,, it's super hot!

It was a lovely stay. The only complaint I have is that the bed was lovely but pillows were flat pieces nothingness which made it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep.

Absolute disaster, I had to search for another hotel because I couldn't check-in. The hotel doesn't have on-site reception, I didn't received any emails about how to check in until a day AFTER I was supposed to check in. The phone number provided on site is not in service during weekends (there is only a German message that number cannot be connected) and the email I sent to their email address was only logged into system and not responded to for another day. I will not take any chances with Vision Apartments in the future.

Very cost effective for Zurich. It is walkable from the train station, if you are willing to walk just over 20 minutes but transport is good also. Only downside was we were only provided one pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good place to stay.

It was such a convenient place quiet and really nice place to stay at with a nice view.

Good property but inconvenient

This was a great place to spend a few days in Zurich.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable, well located, very good facilities. I really like their friendly approach for early check-in. Very accessible for public transportation. I would definitely recommend 👌.

Excellent location near tram station and train to airport. Everything was clean and amenities as described. Recommended for short stays in Zurich.

The apartment was perfect for a short visit to the city, it have all the necessary stuff to be comfortable.

Extremely clean and warm apartment with very reliable WiFi so excellent for remote working. Well-equipped kitchen. A bit of noise both from street and other apartments but not enough to disturb sleep. Good transport links to Zürich city centre. Overall very pleased with my stay and would stay at Visionapartments again.

Every night around 3:00 am noises started coming from the wall between our bedrooms. Probably rats. I sent the owner an email to try to rectify the problem but didn't here back from them. Too bad, it's a nice place.

The room I booked was for 2 adults. The bed does not fit 2 adults. I complained and they said I have to pay more to upgrade.Mold in the bathroom, electricity doesn’t always work. Found a bug on the floor, the rug was dirty so was the sheets.if you need an extra pillow, duvet or anything that is offered for free in other hotels, in this hotel you’ll have to pay. Overall horrible stay, I do not recommend this place at all.

In our whole tour, this is one of the best apartment we have seen. Spotless! We just didn’t like the way the call center handled our query regarding the passcode. She kept on insisting that i have received the code instead of verifying my identity so that she could give me the code. It took us almost 90 minutes to get the code on our 3rd call to the customer service. Considering the temperature outside the apartment!

Es gab Komplikationen mit dem 2. Zimmer bekamen nur Code gür 1 Zimmer, obwohl wir zu 4 waren und 2 Zimmer reserviert hatten! Nach 33 Minuten Telefonat konnte alles geklärt werden, und wir bekamen das 2. Zimmer! Der Herr von Visionsapartments war sehr nett und konnte uns helfen , aber die Situation für sich was nicht schön und hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack!

Leuke locatie in leuke buurt en op loopafstand van het centrum. De omgeving heeft een totaal andere sfeer als het meer chique centrum wat het juist leuk maakt om doorheen te lopen. Het complex ligt aan een drukke straat maar met oordopjes in slaap je daar gewoon doorheen. Alles wat je nodig zou hebben voor een basic verblijf in het appartement is voorhanden en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Zürich en omgeving.
