Our entire stay was fabulous except that the property needed a deep clean.

A great place to stay if you need more than a hotel room. Comfortable beds and a quiet location. More room than a hotel and nice people running the business.

I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD.

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was as described; and furnished practically. The nearby walking trail was paved, and very convenient. The hosts were nearby and efficient and effective

Great place to stay big nice clean quiet parking Oscar was very accommodating, always easy to reach was able to help us in very late at night Oscar takes great pride in his establishment and it shows we would not hesitate to stay there again. Great place!

Great space for a family of 5. Comfy beds.

It’s a nice place.

The inside of the unit was okay but the outside was a mess. Discarded appliances, overgrown grass and weeds, cobwebs on the steps into the unit. It really took away from the property.

Comfortable beds and nice unit. Was just missing the soap and conditioner in the washroom. The 2-1 Shampoo and Conditioners are not good enough for women's hair.

Very quiet. Large spacious apartment. Bedrooms are luxury and amazing! Bathroom has one sink which makes it challenging for a large family. Need some tables to put suitcases on or drawers to put clothes in. Other than that I give it a 10 out of 10 rating.

Great accomadations

Very clean, easy to find nice people to deal with.

The property is very unkept, grass not cut, stuff everywhere, not maintained. The suite is basically clean but unfinished. The whole place gives the impression that the owners are wanting to get maximum return for minimum expense and effort. I wouldn't advise against staying here. You just need to manage your expectations.

Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area.

I had a great stay with Oscar and Galina in their main floor guest room. They were very responsive with their communications prior to and during my stay. The room was comfortable and feedback was well received about ways to improve their accommodation. I enjoyed some visiting and sharing stories about their cultural heritage and interests in new ventures.

Not good

there are really no words to describe how our experience was.. The owner was really nice and out going, huge help on where to park for the night, & great communication. On the other side of things, the main front door into the suite didn't close or lock, had to have a chair against it to keep it shut. We went to a concert and had our last guest show up late to see the front door wide open.. like the front door has a mind of its own. The whole suite smelled like cat piss.. there was no baseboard heaters.. or heat at all, all evening, and night until the morning when the upstairs owner turned it on for him..

Litter box needs to be changed much more frequently, and shower sliding doors seemed in danger of breaking free or falling out
