Our stay at Somerset Pattaya was good. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. The room was clean. Location-wise, you can't beat it—it is directly opposite Central Pattaya, which is super convenient. It is a pet-friendly hotel, though pets are only allowed in certain areas and there aren't many pet activities, so it’s definitely best suited for small dogs. The breakfast was just average.

Hotel is new and beautiful. Amazing service. The hotel is at the great location :)
