Great service…

I love everything about this hotel, nice, clean n beautiful. Only issue is that it is hard to find n not much info in getting at the location

The property was very modernized and updated. The gym and pool were amazing. The service staff were extremely welcoming and the food staffs were wonderful, some even help me with some suggestions of local food to try during my stay. However, the surrounding location wasn’t so great. It’s about 20-30 minutes drive away from the main city. I definitely would have loved to extend my stay for the duration of my visit in Liberia if it wasn’t for the location.

The place was cool and quiet.

1.The towel and sheets dingy, holes, & with blue stains. 2.Bed decorative pillows dirty. 3.Refrigerator had a fish odor. 4 doors to the balcony wouldn’t lock. 5.Food way over priced, pizza tasted old and rubbery. 6.BUGS……. one was in our bed!

My two days stay was great! I wished I had booked more days..however the water wasn’t staying for me to take a shower.so had to shower with warm water.

What a find! We were pleasantly surprised by the all-round quality, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The only slight down-side was the throbbing bass pulsating from the roof-top each evening... but the comfort of my bed soon had me into a good night's sleep.

The property is clean and very nice. The staff within the hotel and rooftop bar are nice and helpful. The receptionist can use a full training on how to talk to, deal with, and work with guests. She never smiles and always lies or just gives answers. I was at this property the first time and thought maybe she was having a bad day. The next time was even worse. I would recommend a full customer service orientation for her as she is the first and last person your guests see.

Location is great, the lady at the front desk is not very hospitable. The food prices at the hotel are not warranted considering the street food outside the gate is amazing and usually $3. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Elevator stopped working several times. Pool is very nice and refreshing. There is a bakery within walking distance. The rooftop view is beautiful. Good for short stays but food is overpriced. Trust my reviews
