Wonderful property and Staff. Personalized service from all staff. BEST breakfast daily I’ve ever had at a hotel. Wish I was able to stay longer to enjoy the awesome outdoor and indoor pools. Highly recommend you stay here while in Punta del Este!

The staff was wonderful and even arranged for me to have a breakfast in a take-away box on my last day as I was leaving early

My (now) wife and I stayed there for a week ahead of our wedding, and our experience was very special. The property is very well designed with well-decorated rooms, a peaceful outdoor pool and garden, and a fantastic brutalist indoor pool. What stood out however was the attentiveness of the staff - they went as far as to let us know when the pool was free of children, received some critical deliveries, and were overall very kind for the duration of our stay.

Staff was kind and very helpful; the property has a truly peaceful vibe. Our room was spacious and clean and the spa and its technicians were 1st class. Highly recommended.

¡Me encantó este hotel! Desde la llegada, tienen una atención muy personalizada, haciéndome sentir como si fuera el único huésped. Las instalaciones son increíbles y la zona es muy segura y tranquila.

Buena experiencia, lugar comodo y tranquilo, habitaciones espaciosas, lo unico a mejorar es el desayuno, muy pobre y basico.

Everything is absolutely amazing with the Be House hotel. The main choice of ours when visiting Punta. Stayed many times and keep coming. There is only one thing I wanted to point out to the hotel staff. I usually tend not to write such things in the reviews, and I won’t take a star away, but I really urge the staff to look unto the following. Twice already we encountered older lady who comes to visit the spa area. I am not sure if she is a tenant or somehow related to the property itself. But she does come often. Each time she was coming to the pool only to chat or record audio messages really loud acting rude to the others, not caring about people around enjoying the serene and tranquility of the amazing atmosphere of the spa. I could tell that the other tenants were truly uncomfortable about her behaviour. I wouldn’t emphasize on that if it happened once. But since we encountered her three times throughout the year makes me think she is doing that commonly. Loud, swearing “puta madre”, screaming even. Somehow I felt like she was not sane. It would be good for staff to make a note about this to her. Or at least to put a sign in spa which would moderate this. Pretty sure they understand who I am speaking about. Otherwise the hotel is truly amazing. Will keep coming again.

I had a small issue with the hot water in the shower.

O quarto era ótimo e muito espaçoso! A cama e chuveiro eram muito bons. O café da manhã é fora do prédio, mas pra nós isso não foi um problema. Todos os dias estava muito gostoso!

Quarto limpo e equipe muito atenciosa, e bom café da manhã, mas o local em que o café eea seevido era bem desorganizado.

Muy linda habitación, la pileta, muy amable todo el personal. Lo único que cambiaría sería el sistema de desayuno.

Pontos positivos: equipe altamente atenciosa, local calmo, localização excelente para quem está de carro. O café de manhã não é buffet, é servido no restaurante anexo, com frutas, ovos, café, suco e cesta de pães/croassaint. Tem uma academia regularmente equipada, porém não tinha ar condicionado ligado, o que a tornou um pouco desconfortável. Pontos negativos: Nosso quarto possuía cheiro de esgoto, aparentemente vindo do banheiro. Este foi o único incoveniente que temos a reportar. Cada vez que entrávamos no quarto, o cheiro estava lá. Apesar dos apontamentos, recomendo a estadia e certamente voltarei a me hospedar se assim tiver oportunidade.

El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy adecuadas. Lo recomendaré a mis amistades.
