Enjoyed the spa the day of arrival. They were quick to fit me and my husband in for a couples massage within 30 minutes of asking. Spa hours are 10-5 roughly but they are extremely accommodating. They set up the hot tub for us afterwards and we enjoyed several glasses of wine. Several of our fellow travel companions also raved about their experience as well. Our AC split worked well which was wonderful after exploring the pier and shopping. The food is good in the restaurant and they have filtered water available at all times.

We stayed here for three nights in the family suite (a newer building, a short walk from the main reception). It was excellent! They have a pool, a large living room, a kitchen, and hammocks. The room is super clean and modern. It exceeded our expectations and we totally loved it! Really good choice and we 100% recommend this place! They also have free morning coffee as well. Love Love Love.

Staff was really, really great! The front desk woman was very helpful in arranging a tour for my family of 4 when everywhere else it seemed to be booked (Easter week). Breakfast was nice. Our room was more like an apartment and a short walk from the common area. Very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, living area and a kitchenette. A/C worked well (and was needed!). Close enough walk to the water/center of town/dock/Darwin museum.

It starts with the staff, continues with the vibe and keeps going with the food. Galapagos Dreams is an amazing spot. The common area with a Jacuzzi, pool table and areas to just sit and enjoy is fantastic. The Good in the restaurant is awesome and the staff across the board are fantastic.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot coffee always on. The location was walking distance to tourist spots in town from the pier to Darwin’s research center. I booked my tours through Galapagos Dreams and Joatan worked up a personalized tour for me. This made my stay easier as the staff kept me informed of pick up times and activities. Overall it really made my stay very enjoyable.

The whole team did an amazing job, and special shout out to Andy who went above and beyond to provide the best service. Jonatan has an incredible team and they made this one of the best experiences even when things did not go as planned. They were able to accommodate as much as possible in a short period of time. Hotel and tour agency staff are top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Excellent hotel! We also stayed in another one in Puerto Ayora a week before. Almost double the prize and about the same ratings (except they had a large pool). Dreams is very good value for money and in a great location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

All of the staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Breakfast was great, the free cofee and hot/cold water was a plus. We booked a half day tour in their tour agency and had a great experience. Located just a few minutes walking distance to restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, tour agencies etc.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!
