Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was wonderful and very spacious. We would certainly stay there again. We stayed 3 nights in Dec 2024

I highly recommend this hotel, worth the money. Advantages: * Large and spacious rooms * Helping staff * Excellent location (near the OUTLET mall) * Near a mosque, main road, seating areas * Amazing cleanliness * Very good value for the price * Rooms are decorated with very good taste Disadvantages: * Very basic breakfast, must upgrade it * The pool is not clean, on the top floor where it is very cold for the bathers in addition to the fact that the water is very cold (pool heating is required) Other than that, everything is excellent in a hotel, I will certainly return to this hotel if I am in the area.

no restaurant for lunch and dinner options. only breakfast available. room service requests handled very poor. majority staff can only speak Turkish.

This hotel is really far from everything

Breakfast could be improved. I was told from Expedia call centre that there is a swimming pool in the hotel but this area and swimming pool is still under construction. Expedia should be more truthful about amenities. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
