Hotel is aging needing new carpets. Shower bathtub is yellow faded with cigarette burns from long ago. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Included breakfast was a bonus!

I have stayed at the Westlock Inn a few times and it has always been pleasant. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good food.

The place is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly..the motel itself is slightly dated but overall very comfortable and I would stay here again.

I am disabled so I had a hard time getting up the stairs, even though there was only a few, I found the same problem in Vietnam always had to go upstairs to get into the hotels

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Well it’s “ok” but really not fantastic. While our room was clean, the beds were sagging at the edges, really worn out. The pool was freezing - would it really hurt to raise it a couple degrees? I mentioned it and you think I asked for a week free or something. The gym - I haven’t ever been in a gym in any hotel anywhere that doesn’t have a water cooler. Maybe a thought. I think this was a really nice hotel in its day but the age is hitting it. A couple upgrades could increase your guest count and make you more competitive.

The room wasn’t ready when we checked in, and the house cleaning were in the room when we got to the room And then we got accused of stealing bed sheets when we checked out.
