Police visited our door at midnight looking for a missing person. Knocked on numerous doors looking for someone who clearly was not there. Had to been let up by the front desk. Was a great experience prior to this.

Great hotel stay! The pillows were nice!

When we arrived to check in it was 1:00 a.m. we drove 13 hours to the property to stay for the weekend. A plan check-in the nightclerc had trouble finding our reservation and said it was because we booked through a third party. After some back and forth we were able to locate my reservation and he issued two room keys for a room on the second floor. With me being a frequent traveler it's common practice for me to inspect a room prior to me unpacking my belongings. So my family and I proceeded to pull back the bedding to be able to check the mattresses and linens for cleanliness and possible pests. Upon pulling back the linens on the bed and the pull out couch bed there was hair found in both of those. I went down to the night clerk and let him know about the findings and asked for our room to be changed. He gave us another room two doors down and I proceeded to follow the same procedure as I always do when traveling and pulling down the linens checking for pests. Upon inspecting this room also found hair in the bed and the pull-out couch. Went back downstairs the night clerk and notified him that the second room was also found to be in the same condition as the first. He then issued a third room and went with me to inspect the cleanliness. When we walked inside I proceeded to do the same procedure as I always do when traveling and as I pulled back the sheets on the bed there was hair in the bed. There's a character limit but you catch the drift after paying $400 a night....

Beautiful property. Full kitchen! Fire pit on premises! Conveniently located!! Staff was outstanding!! Breakfast could use a little improvement but not bad! I would definitely stay here again!!

Very spacious rooms good for families. The only downside is the parking & street access.

The bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable….. I stayed for a week for work and could not wait to leave. Woke up sore every night. A floor pretzel was amiss in the corner of my room. Did they even vacuum?? Check in time was delayed. Most of the time the desk was left unattended…. Waited for 7-10min for someone to check me in. One evening I waited for 15ish min for someone to show up so I could buy water. No one ever showed up.. I will say, breakfast was great. Coffee was miserable. Not walking distance to anything except McDonald’s and sheets. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great room. Lots of space.

My wife said that it was the best hotel stay that we have had. The grandson was disappointed that Papa didn't make sure that it had an indoor pool for him.

The property, amenities, and room were great. But the customer service and specifically our rep who checked us in, Joshua was exceptional. Thanks for a great experience.
