This was our first holiday staying in an apartment rather than a hotel room. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment which came with a full kitchen, dining area, washer/ drier in the large bathroom, separate living area and large wrap around balcony with a large table and chairs. All of the windows are triple glazed so when shut there was no noise from the surroundings. Yes, we did look out over the metro line and yes there is construction work going on in the surrounding area, but it didn’t bother us. The cutlery tray is hidden within the utensil drawer and all the appliance booklets and instructions are inside the fridge/ freezer housing above the fridge. There is no air con, but there were two fans provided in the wardrobes which were effective. Very well equipped with quality appliances. Basic supplies of dishwasher tablets, bin liners, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Friendly receptionist, useful local information, directions to best bakery in the area. Plenty of restaurants and good metro links to the city and beyond. No complaints at all, Denmark is a fascinating place to visit.

Our room was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious and equipped with the essentials. Regular housekeeping was appreciated. The only missing items from the kitchen was cutlery.

A pity we didn’t get a room with the river view. That aside, compliments to Mads who have been extremely helpful and patience with our requests. The hotel is fortunate to have an employee like him, great service and very friendly! Thanks Mads!

We had a great stay as a young family. apartment was very spacious, easy to find, close to transport into the city centre and fitted out with everything you need for a short stay. There are some lovely coffee shops and bakeries around the area, and close to grocery shops. The staff at check in and check out were efficient and friendly. Only small complaint is the TV was advertised as a smart TV, but only offered digital channels.

Our family loved the heated floors and the kitchen! The beds were so cozy. We were only .2 miles from the metro and could be anywhere within the city in minutes. We loved having access to the gym and took to the danish cold plunge/sauna experience right out our apt. Loved being on the canal and only 1.5 miles to the Little Mermaid statue, where I ran to daily. If I come to Denmark again, I will definitely stay here!

Our time at STAY Nordhavn was fantastic. The property itself is stylish, modern, and comfortable. The 3-bedroom apartment we stayed in was full of every modern amenity you can think of, including a wrap-around balcony with views of the water. The walk to the nearest metro was easy, and there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. We would definitely return to STAY Nordhavn on our next trip to Copenhagen.

Had an amazing stay

The weather was hot there and unfortunately there was no AC. When we opened the balcony doors, it was a lot cooler but flies would come in. The property was clean and quiet. It was a short walk to the metro and grocery store. Overall it was a nice place to stay at.

The property is located on a beautiful canal. Just a 2-minutes walk to the metro (or you can take a scenic boat ride to the center, for the same price). The apartment was large, recently updated, and had all needed amenities. The staff is very helpful and delightful to talk to. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was great. I had room next to metro line so Had to use small room at back of property. Would stay again without any hesitation if guaranteed apartments position.

Property was very nice, however our 3 bedroom was literally hanging over the metro rail that came by every 4 minutes. It was ok when windows were shut, however it got super hot with windows shut since none of the apartments have A/C. We tried earplugs and other options but nothing worked. We were there 5 nights and basically were only at the apartment to sleep, but it was so loud it was so unbearable. We asked to be moved to another unit twice but were unsuccessful and honestly the front management didn’t seem to care.

Lovely clean, spacious and modern 3 bed apartment. Very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with plenty of clean towels. Close to metro station and supermarket. The only downside was that it was hot during our visit and the apartment was very hot, like a greenhouse at 30 degrees, fans are privided in every room. Our apartment backed onto the metro line so there was some noise in one of the bedrooms as the metros run every few minutes all through the night. Take an eyemask and earplugs if youre a light sleeper.

Great place! Nice area and close to transportation. Close to groceries too! Like “living” in Copenhagen vs a regular hotel stay.
