The staff was rude and discriminative. They made us wait for 2 hours to check us in to prove their moot point and checked in new other guests in front of us. After checking us in the staff with their grin faced made a comment that if we wanted to check in couple hours early then we needed to book for additional night in future. Avoid buying anything from their cafe and restaurant area because it has food flies over everywhere.

I love this property. It’s super trendy, especially if you are here for work. A lot of options for a co-working space, they also have coffee and a restaurant. feels more local, not as touristy and only 15 minutes walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this hotel and the staff was wonderful.

Great experience. Despite they charged me twice (they sorted it out inmediately) I'd stay again..clean, modern, useful facilities. I highly recommend it

The hotel is okay, but the hallways have an overwhelming awful smell and the bar closes at 9pm. The hotel charged my card €300 without talking to me. I spilt a small soft drink on the bedsheets, they're saying I spilt an entire bottle of red wine, charged without speaking to me and when questioned confirmed a manager would contact me and haven't. Unacceptable behaviour for a hotel to extort guests who make simple, cleanable, fixable mistakes and lie about the conditions to charge fees.

Cleaning lady just first day cleaned our room when we went on breakfast, which was very good and in time. Other days - never visited or didn’t left water in the fridge, never did vacuum cleaning on the floor. Breakfast is poor and served in very strange way. Schedule is strange, on weekends they start from 8 or something (probably because staff needs to sleep). Avocado toast is terrible hard and quality is bad. Better to go for some good meal outside. Overpriced. Lack of service.

Great property. Cleanliness is maintained properly and the staff is very friendly. They suggested me some great touristy spots to visit and also gave me dine out options. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, we didn't know all of the details when we booked but it's very trendy with so many amenities. One night we asked if there was a microwave to heat up our restaurant leftovers and the staff directed us to a kitchen that looked like it was from Masterchef with about 5 stoves, microwaves all necessary equipment which is free to use 24 hours of the day. The laundry room and gym were free. Also about a five minute walk from the metro station. Honestly there was definitely more we didn't explore but it was a great stay and I'll definitely be looking to see if they have any more locations.

Quirky hotel, not far from the Diagonal so easy access to T4 tram line. Tiny open air swimming pool on 3rd floor, which I managed to swim in one evening in the dark! I would say that's not overly safe, although an adult can stand in it. The cushions on the deck furniture are a bit stained. It's open till late so I imagine the noise from it in the summer could be annoying, I was on 6th floor and had to close my windows at night which I prefer not to do. Didn't make it to the roof bar/pool. Spacious room, comfy bed, great to have kettle and small fridge. Although kettle didn't work first day, was fixed by time I came back. I had to prompt for replacement of tea/coffee. Breakfast was great, good choice of hot/cold/continental and for vegetarians/lactose free options too. Ate in one evening and tasty, fresh food. Was travelling alone, but everyone friendly. Lots of spaces to work or relax on ground floor with table tennis and outdoor patio/gardens. Some nice places to eat and shop not far from hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

Loved it here! Great rooms, super friendly service and such a fun rooftop bar. Super easy to meet other solo travelers and remote workers from all over the world.

I never write reviews unless I’m absolutely blown away or absolutely disappointed. The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. That includes high end names like the 4 seasons, The Ritz, etc. The staff was available literally 24/7, free laundry washing/drying on premises, 24/7 “mini market” on premises. I can’t say enough how absolutely pleased I was with this establishment. THIS is the standard for how a stay should be at any hotel. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel to my family and colleagues.

The Social Hub is a cool, trendy boutique spot that feels like an elevated hostel experience. There is a strong, youthful, community vibe that I loved. The rooftop pools and restaurant/bar were also a fabulous feature. Bonus was laundry and coffee shop on the premises. Staff were pleasant and professional. The day I checked in, two of the three elevators weren’t working, which made it hard to get to my 7th floor room. And the coffee shop was unexpectedly closed down, as was the rooftop pool (apparently due to a private event). On another morning, cab service never showed not only for me but also other travelers who needed to get to the airport on time. All hiccups were resolved and my overall stay was good. I would certainly recommend the spot to travelers who might like an offbeat place to retreat.
