It was located in a great location.

Very spacious and clean

地理位置不错，就在河源町三条上，楼下就有全家和各种餐厅。离metro也就5分钟步行。住了4天，eco-cleaning只有第三天整体打扫了，平时都只收垃圾和换毛巾。楼下有提供咖啡和茶包，提供的茶包是整个旅行住的5家日本酒店里茶包最好喝的！每天都泡茶！唯一缺点是，酒店没有洗衣房/洗衣机。最近的洗衣店要步行到对面马路的网吧，对于出来长途旅行的家庭很不方便。如果能改造下，提供投币式的洗衣机，就完美了！

Very good location. Easy access

The hotel is very clean, comfy and homely. It’s in the middle of shopping and dining and everything in between. Numerous if not alll of the bus lines come through the major street and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff, hotel was very clean and the breakfast meals and choices were very good! The only thing that would make it better, was having coffee in the actual room!

Wonderful

We loved our stay at OMO5 Kyoto Sanjo by Hoshino Resorts. Location was very convenient with lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very helpful and freebies were a big plus. Would recommend to others.

Nice hotel, for Japan large rooms and comfortable. Bed was a bit hard but generally a nice stay. No ac as it was too cold but temp outside was nice so we just had the window open.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern with lovely staff. It’s small and not loads of facilities available, but when you’re in Kyoto you’re not looking to spend ages in the room/hotel anyway. I’ve stayed in Tokyo & Osaka and this was the most spacious room by far, with the biggest bathroom, and it wasn’t even that big. We also loved the table next to reception to grab whatever you need, such as a toothbrush, hairbrush, different herbal teas and pyjama sets for kids and adults. Water and ice also available downstairs, and there’s a microwave for whatever you may need it for. Great location too, you step outside and you’re already on the Main Street with lots of shopping, restaurants and convenience stores around. Would stay here again!

The bed is so comfortable, close to shopping and dining
