The best is the best.. Really like the room and the hotel. Comfortable.. The food is also delicious and complete. The location is okay, there is a local supermarket across the street, a little further down the road there is a local coffee shop too.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. The kids loved it and want to go back! Location was perfect close to everything.

I booked and paid for my parents for 1 night with a King standard river view room, but for some reason the receptionist arranged a standard room with a view of a local house. I was upset because my father called to ask to check the room type again, but it was not resolved, so I had to go down to the reception desk and show the booking and payment form from traveloka before they apologized and changed the room to the correct type. The problem here is that a 5-star hotel with the best rating in Da Nang would do such a thing, which would ruin its image, and I will tell this story to my friends so they can be careful with the Crowne Plaza DANANG CITY CENTRE hotel Thanks!

This time my family returned to the country and stayed at 3 5* hotels to experience, and I like Bay the most. Clean, right in the center but very quiet, enthusiastic and cute staff, delicious food,... very ok but worse than the other 2 5* hotels is that there is no smart toilet 🥲. But every year when I return to Da Nang, I will still stay at Bay.

Amazing experience overall! They surprised us with a birthday cake & room deco without even requesting it! Service was on point and fast, good Asian breakfast spread, clean good view pool, well-kept modern room! Recommended! Will definitely come back!

Good but I wish the fridge was colder.

Claimed to be 5 stars but the service is really 4 stars and the breakfast buffet likely 3 stars with little variety compared to other 5 star hotels or 4 star hotel. They won't even refill water and will charge yoh for extra bottles of water which only cost vnd5000 or usd 0.3.
