The only thing that around 4 or 5 was very noisy.

The bathroom smell like a dead body in the walls… the heat was off and on, no soap no toothpaste and the floor is very VERY slippery!! I fell and hurt my leg! Thy lucky I’m not suing them

I had previously looked at the reviews online so i was a bit overwhelmed. But my personal experience was well I stayed for 2 nights the pictures are the exact same as shown on the website. It was good for the Bronx is what i would say and it’s right next to the train !

The room wasn't decor attractive. I have been there for few hours and the room decor was different. Also, for overnight they should have a coffee maker at least. If you wanted to see any YouTube, Netflix etc. you have to enter your own personal information.

It was very clean the staff was very and friendly.

Staff was pleasant and courteous to my family members

The bathroom design is cute but the rooms will make you feel disgusted from the walk in. But have no soap was the icing on the cake.

Bugs n flying in the room

Try not to get caught off guard by all the mirrors in the room, especially on the ceiling. Blanket had burn holes in it.

Have a chair in room

The property was fairly decent, but the linens were not up to standards for non smoking section of the facility.

They allow people from outside come in and in my room me and people that was in it got hurt then taken to the hospital
