Exceptional stay at VELA Dhi Nakhon Phanom! Here is why I highly recommend it: ❤️ Amazing Staff & Service: The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive. Housekeeping even noticed my jammed facial wash pump bottle and fixed it for me! I was deeply touched by this level of care. ❤️ Perfect Rooms: The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view. ❤️ Vegetarian-Friendly Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The kitchen team specially prepared two dishes just for me. On my last day, they served an amazing vegetarian spread, including bitter gourd soup, stir-fried eggs with preserved radish, fried egg salad, and lasagna. As a vegetarian, I was absolutely delighted. Will definitely come back!

The rooms are clean, the staff are lovely and provide good service, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that it's not a self-service buffet, but you can order unlimited food. 😁

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is great, close to many attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing rest. One of my favorite parts was the free bicycle facility, it was so nice to ride around Mekong river and explore the area.

I booked a river view room and paid for it, but I was given a city view room without any prior notification of room change.

The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong but the temperature was a bit difficult to control. The staff provided good service, and the location was next to the Mekong River, close to restaurants and gas stations. Overall, the price was reasonable.

On the day I checked in, there were probably a lot of customers. The staff did not provide thorough service. I had to walk around looking for a room myself before I found it. Before checking in, I booked the 6th floor, but when I actually checked in, I got the 3rd floor. When I checked in at 3:00 PM, they said the room was not ready. I booked three rooms and got a very expensive price, plus the service was not impressive.

I booked a room at Ryu Maenam, but what the staff gave me was a riverside view😐

โรงแรมหอม แต่ดูโทรมเมื่อเทียบกับระยะเวลาที่เพิ่งเปิด ลิฟท์สกปรก อาหารเช้าดี เหมือนจะรับ Group บริษัทมาลงบ่อย ในคืนที่ไปเปิดเพลง Party กันถึง 5 ทุ่ม เสียงดังรบกวน โทรไปแจ้ง Front ก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้

Great hotel to stay if you are planning on visiting Nakhon Phanom. The hotel is located along the Mekong River. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.
