On the day I checked in, there were probably a lot of customers. The staff did not provide thorough service. I had to walk around looking for a room myself before I found it. Before checking in, I booked the 6th floor, but when I actually checked in, I got the 3rd floor. When I checked in at 3:00 PM, they said the room was not ready. I booked three rooms and got a very expensive price, plus the service was not impressive.

I booked a room at Ryu Maenam, but what the staff gave me was a riverside view😐

โรงแรมหอม แต่ดูโทรมเมื่อเทียบกับระยะเวลาที่เพิ่งเปิด ลิฟท์สกปรก อาหารเช้าดี เหมือนจะรับ Group บริษัทมาลงบ่อย ในคืนที่ไปเปิดเพลง Party กันถึง 5 ทุ่ม เสียงดังรบกวน โทรไปแจ้ง Front ก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้

Great hotel to stay if you are planning on visiting Nakhon Phanom. The hotel is located along the mekong river. The staffs and friendly and the breakfast buffet were great.

ประทับใจมากค่ะ ไปช่วงวันเกิดพอดี ทางโรงแรมจัดเค้ก surprise ไว้ให้ ดูแลดีทุกอย่าง บรรยากาศเต็ม 10 ไม่หัก service คือเริศ ไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
