Great hotel, great location and absolutely fabulous staff

Very good

A terrific boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Hanoi Night Market. The deluxe room that I reserved was clean and quiet. It was a perfect size for 1 - 2 people. The air conditioning was strong. My room faced the backside of the hotel. It didn't have a view AND also it was super quiet because of that. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything that I wanted/needed. It was included in my rate. For the rate, location, and overall great experience, I would highly recommend the Scent Premium Hotel.

The staff were so so helpful and friendly by making us feel at home and nothing was too hard for them. Reliable on airport transfers and sightseeing by booking great drivers. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was great for a small hotel

I must say staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here.
