Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, cool air conditioning. Delicious breakfast, close to Tunjungan Plaza. Recommended.

This is my second stay here, it is very comfortable, the room is clean, the service is very satisfying and the restaurant (breakfast) although not very big, the food and drinks are quite varied and delicious.

Spacious room and aircon is cooling. Toilet is clean but hair dryer needs to request, no fridge in the room. Breakfast less variety, need more improvement.

The hotel is nice, very comfortable room and food is not so bad. The location is also near a food area and not too far from Surabaya Station.

An early check-in request with an additional 50% fee was not granted due to the overnight booking. Overall, the room, service, and location were very satisfactory. Hopefully, the hotel management can maintain its quality.

The rooms are quite comfortable, the food is delicious and there is quite a lot of variety.

Overall the room is good, clean, I just ordered a deluxe which I thought would be on a higher floor, but it turned out to be on the 6th floor because the guest rooms start from the 5th floor. Even though there is still a superior room below the deluxe. I think if it is on the 6th floor, it should still be included in the superior room. There is a swimming pool for children so it makes the children happy and the view from the swimming pool is nice, you can see the city light.. for breakfast, the variety is too little, the taste is okay.. but the staff are all friendly..

The hotel is nice, when you first enter the AC is really cold, it's comfortable, the room is clean, the restaurant is nice, the food is delicious, the distance to the city center is close.

basically it's nice, comfortable, just a little input for the towels, please replace the ones that are not white enough with better ones

breakfast is so so.. not much choice.. the room is large and clean but the towel and bed sheet look old.. the swimming pool is not large but good enough for the kids.. we check-in at 3 o'clock in the morning and the FO is very helpfull.. thank you
