Suite was very roomy and comfortable. Very good location near Islamic Art Museum. National Museum and Souq Waqif. Restaurant was much better than I would expect at a hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone went the above and beyond to make sure that my stay was memorable. The hotel is centrally located, clean and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the rooftop garden and pool.

Excellent hotel for visiting the major museums and the Souk Wakif. Staff were all excellent. Lovely classic-style room.

Short trip, was excellent experience, staff was very helpful

The property is located within walking distance to the Souq Waqif and there is a Metro Souq Waqif within 5 min walk. Very convenient to go places. 10 mins walk will bring you to the harbour front where you can take a boat ride to the Corniche. The hotel breakfast has a nice variety of international cuisines. The suit that we booked was actually 2 separate rooms with an additional common door. One of the rooms is a standard twin bed room and the other one is a very spacious king size bedroom. The rain shower is the best. It is the most relaxing shower after a day of walking. The beds was comfy and rooms were clean. There is not much dining option in the surrounding. There is one behind the hotel

Underrated hotel the rooms was amazing for the price.

Location was excellent. Local shops & restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Souq Waqif market & Metro. Safe area The staff were very attentive and helped us with all our enquires. We did not have the hotel breakfast … too expensive. The room itself was lovely … comfy bed, excellent shower, but the level of cleanliness was very bad. Greasy fingerprints. Dirty carpet. Hand marks on the furniture. Everything needed a deep clean. It was also irritating to be provided with a Nespresso coffee machine but then told we had to buy the pods if we wanted to use it

Excellent, very clean hotel with great staff. Will re-visit if traveling to Qatar in the future.

Great modern hotel

Shaza is an excellent hotel to stay in. Very close to Souq waqif, uber at 1 minute distance always. Staff is brilliant and very cooperative. Breakfast had excellent options.

Good location close to Metro and main Souk, big room with comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning but at 60 QAR for two coffees in the restaurant this was expensive as we had dinner at an Indian restaurant nearby that only cost 52 QAD

Really nice place for stay 5 star

Staff and hotel room were perfect. Room service and house keeping were great too. However, the spa was closed during my entire stay. Only one restaurant was open out of 2 or 3 in the hotel. The pool was underwhelming.

Shaza is quite a nice property. The staff, specifically Muhammad, were extremely friendly and beyond helpful. The staff went above and beyond my expectations.
