The place is a bit out of the way but the guest house is located in a housing complex, the hotel staff are friendly and responsive, the AC and room are working well, but the TV I stayed in was dead.

Affordable accommodation but nice and clean is the main thing for me, what's more the bathroom is very clean and the hot water also works and all the staff are friendly, but there is a little bit of a drawback, the TV doesn't have a channel, but it doesn't matter because I only came to sleep and then left again, I was happy to stay there, later if I come to Malang again I want to stay there again... I really don't regret it here...

The television cannot be changed channels. There is no signal. The bathroom shower is not normal. Hopefully it will get better.

Dulu pernah menginap pas zaman masih hotel budget sampai akhirnya kemarin coba lagi menginap 3 hari di situ, pangling karena sudah di cat merah. FYI, pelayanannya sekarang jauh lebih memuaskan, staf semuanya ramah, senyum, bahkan ambil motor saja dibantu dikeluarkan. Beda dari Hasanah dulu, kalau ada bintang 1 juta aku mau rate buat new Hasanah guest house, staf sama pelayanannya itu lho sat set, sudah gitu dapat kamar balkon, minggu depan wajib menginap lagi.

Lumayan ngos ngosan kalo ke lantai paling atas 😄.
