Hotel was amazing! Loved the pool and breakfast in the morning. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff! Definitely our go to hotel when we come to Milan.

Good service

We had a lovely couples weekend in Milan. The hotel was in a great location and is very modern and stylish, however some key things are missing - information on parking rates was incorrect, minibar consisted of water and 1 coke, which was highly disappointing, as they made such a song and dance about it, nothing more than I would expect in a 1 star hotel. Pool was nice, but way too cold to swim, despite 30 degrees heat and no sun loungers or umbrellas and not enough seats, so our sunbathing and swimming day didn't happen at all, which was disappointing and the main reason we booked the hotel. Breakfast was good, nice choice, but some produce not up to standard - baked beans hard and sour, bacon hard and fatty, salmon very fishy / inedible. Overall a mixed bag, wanted to love it, but come away feeling a bit ripped off - at 270 euro / night I expect a lot more and unfortunately don't feel it lived up to it's 4 star rating...

We loved it, beautifully furnished. Rooms were great, breakfast excellent and the rooftop bar was wonderful

21 House of Stories Navigli is an interesting and very nice hotel. Definitely worth a stay. You are near everything. The front desk was professional and knowledgeable about the area. We left our baggage and checked in before we went to go walking around. They put our baggage in our room for us. Super nice! Ask for a room away from the canal with the bars. It could be noisy. If that happens, don't hesitate to call the front desk and they will quiet it down. Our room was clean and there were actual free snacks and drinks! Lots of interesting information about this hotel/restaurant group throughout the room. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. They have a restaurant on site and treats awaiting you in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. Easy transportation is available.

Hotel has a hip and trendy vibe. It’s very tidy, it’s a great place to work with friends or coworkers. The rooms at unique with a fresh new look.

Great staff, breakfast was wonderful, room was clean. The surrounding area gets very busy at night so you might want a room on a higher floor if you face the road.

Nice hotel and facilities but it is very noisy at night. The bars nearby are very loud until about 430am even on weeknights which made it very hard to sleep. Also the loft rooms have very impractical stairs not suitable for children or using in the night as there are no stair lights. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a good nights sleep

Room was super clean. Breakfast was very good. The lobby/rooftop/dining room was all very nice.

Hotel was clean and staff was great and helpful but extremely noisy till 4 am everyday. Don’t stay here if you are looking for quiet sleep. If you are party animal this place will work for you

The rooms were clean and modern. We loved the breakfast and everyone was so friendly. Location was great for us, we did not might walking to the metro and it was just a couple of stops to the Duomo. Overall a great stay!
