Lovely hotel! Big rooms, great location.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional throughout my stay. I would like to extend special recognition to Emmanuel from security for his professional handling of a disgruntled guest. He demonstrated understanding, composure, and a high level of professionalism.

Comfortable room

Paid extra for terrace room. Woke up to people arguing on the terrace at 6am. Our shower drain wasnt working so it flooded floor

Excellent location

Nice hotel but don't really feel it is a 4-star. Staff were nice, facilities were modern but overall it didn't merit the high cost of €200/night - certainly not for Namur.

Everything was excellent barring there being a small bloodstain on the bedsheet.

Overall a very nice stay. I wouldn’t consider this a 4.5 star hotel, but it was nice and comfortable, staff was friendly and room was functional and a decent size. River view room was nice, beautiful view.

Nice hotel attached to the casino very near the castle. I enjoyed running through the castle in the morning. Other than the castle, the location is rather inconvenient and away from the rail station and town, but still walkable.

Hotel is advertising that its a wellness hotel. However the wellness (sauna, steambath, jacuzzi) is very small and was crowded. Dont go there for the wellness!

Superleuk hotel met uitzicht op de Maas. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum en station. Uitstekend ontbijt, leuk casino, goed restaurant en een spa. Parkeerplaats met opladers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen.

Very happy with amenities, location, staff, cleanliness and pretty much everything. The room was exceptional, really quiet and with an exceptional bed! We were able to fully recharge each night with a very good night’s sleep! We enjoyed the river view, the breakfast and also the fitness and wellness area!!!

Very clean hotel. Attached to the casino. We asked at the front desk if we can turn in the AC. They did it for us and set the temp.

What a great surprise both the hotel and the town turned out to be. The hotel is well situated and the staff friendly and the accommodations new and in great shape

Absolutely loved our overnight stay. Great check-in, delightful spacious modern rooms, stunning comfortable bed, fabulous walk in shower bathroom, delicious breakfast choices. Super location under citadel, on Meuse river bank, casino access easy for players. A delight.

I love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for many years. Since the old Beauregard. The new hotel is great. Within walking distance of the centre of Namur. Nice rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast, nice casino. Already looking forward to my next visit.
