Excellent !

Exceptional on every level

Exceeded my expectations.

Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station. Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order. Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite.

Very clean and well-maintained property with attentive and friendly staff. There was a lot of food choices for breakfast.

Amazing stay!

The water smell is very bad and oily There were insects in the room and when asked to get a resolution they said its normal

Would be nice to get better quality wine as a VIP perk. Unfortunately, we couldn’t drink it after the first sip, even though we like the type of wine provided: pinot noir

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and knowledgable, delicious breakfast including lots of options for vegetarians, beautiful room and scenery, good central location and free spa facilities which were very clean

great place, easy walking to nearby attactions. Our view was not good, but I assume some rooms are better. Loved the sauna, spa areas/

The decor of the hotel was stunning. Set in a park like setting. Service was top notch! I wish I would give it more then 5 Stars!
