Employees are extorting money, I was fined on the charge that I smoked, even though my wife and I do not smoke. Please, the management of the Merlion Hotel take action against the female room cleaners, it seems like there is cooperation between the counter staff and the cleaning staff. During my time as a customer at the Merlion Hotel, this is the first time I feel uncomfortable anymore.

Disappointed because there are no smoking room facilities.

The hotel room is clean, the room smells good, the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately the water is small and the hot water is lacking. Also in the room there is no water heater. Also when I stayed there was no hot water even though the dispenser was on the grounds that the chef was on holiday.

There should be a kettle to make drinks for a hotel like the Merlion Hotel.

The extra mattress is very uncomfortable like a clothesline, it hurts my back and I can't sleep. Even though I ordered a suite room

So far everything is good, hopefully the quality will continue to be maintained. Because many people have slandered this hotel as bad, but I tried staying there and it's still the same as before, still okay 👍🏻.

The worst and very bad experience of staying at this hotel. Accused of smoking in the room. Even though I'm not a smoker. As a result, they swallowed their deposit money. Hotel with the worst service. Will not go to this hotel again.

Tidak ada air untuk mandi, Alasannya karena tamu banyak kamar full. Solusinya diberikan air 3 botol air mineral 450ml. Anjir.

Sangat nyaman menginap di sini, harga terjangkau, fasilitas oke, kamar luas dan bersih, terlebih lagi dekat dengan kota.

Air mati dari jam 18.00-23.00. Sudah lapor juga gak guna! Agak gila sii. Remot tv rusak, minta ganti jam 15.00 digantinya jam 22.00 dong 😀 gokill anda.

Airnya tidak hidup, pas komplain tidak langsung di layani.
