Friendly staff, fast online check-in, and convenient location close to the Bukit Sikunir tourist attraction. Convenient for resting and storing belongings.

The power went out at 12 midnight and the staff did not respond.

The hot water didn't work, the wet mat asked for a replacement, they said they would deliver it but they didn't, and the wifi was slow.

can't eat, outside the cabin is dirty, expired tea, request for mountain view given a wall, if there is a view, you have to upgrade

The service was friendly, our room was upgraded from 2 people to 4 people, awesome

The room given was not the same as what was ordered. The room size was only 3×4 = 12m2. Even though the description said 20m2. I ordered the best view, but was given a mini cabin.

The plus point is that the cabin is close to Sikunir, Sikidang, Arjuna and the view is also beautiful, but the minus is that at dawn it is very noisy with the sound of vehicles queuing to see the sunrise at Sikunir. Because the Sikunir ticket gate is that close to this cabin 😆

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful during check in, the location is very close to Sikunir and the view in front of the hotel is very nice.

The owner has no ethics at all. His mouth is very dirty.

The place is cozy, near Sikunir Hill, only 7 minutes from km zero.

Once you arrive at the check-in location, the villa cabin that has been booked is not available. Like it or not, you have to use the available room with a different rate and not better than the villa that was booked. It's just a refund, but what you want is not as expected.

Honestly disappointed, it's not suitable, there was 1 rude male waiter and there was miscommunication, which was disappointing, the room smelled musty. Like it hadn't been washed. Just stay here once.

The price in the application does not match the price at the hotel, because the staff asks for a fairly large additional fee for unreasonable reasons.

The room size does not match the photos on the website. The roof of the room is moldy due to the effects of rain, it seems, and the staff at check in and out were not very friendly and did not really serve us well.

The staff was not friendly, we asked for help when the electricity went out twice, the staff said "I don't know" in a curt tone, the information explained on Traveloka and the original did not match, as a result I had to book another room.

The staff is friendly, but access to the hotel has to be paid for due to insurance, even though we just want to stay overnight and not go to Sikunir.
