The room was okay, cleanliness wasn't perfect, but acceptable. There was still a lot of dust on the furniture, but the bed was clean, my allergies didn't flare up, and my skin didn't itch. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bit lacking. At 7:30 a.m., the porridge wasn't hot, likely because the food was left open and no one was there to close it, so it cooled quickly.

One of the best hotel services. Only the breakfast menu has to be improved, lack of variety. I can’t have my cup of coffee since the machine is not available yet. Other than that, everything is still good. This is my 4th time staying in this hotel.

Good place to spend with your family. I've also tried osen spa. Surely will repeat a stay.

Nice hotel room and recommended for a peaceful mind rest and sleep. There is also a nice onsen hot spring facility available at level 3M. I'd love to revisit the hotel and try out the body massage services.

Receptionists and staff are friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Plenty of parking and free. There are various food options outside the hotel because it is in a mall. The theme park is very suitable for children.. even the adult pool is only 1.2 meters.. recommended

Parking still free without having to validate your TnG card at the reception. Ample parking spot (designated at level 2M, 3, 3M for guests) The downside is though I paid for double superior KING bed, the room given has two single beds instead. But since dah malas nak minta tukar coz penat gila, I just duduk jelah the given room.

Hotel was on top of the shopping mall, so it is convenient. Not many facilities available, the standard would be a swimming pool. If you wish to go to the gym, you need to go inside the mall and redeem a gym voucher from the counter. The kid's room has been closed for 1 year already. Parking is shared with the mall and quite limited. You need to wait for parking to be available, and it is at an open car park (uncovered).

Always would choose this hotel whenever I came to Shah Alam to visit my bestfriend. Good location, clean and comfort room. Nice people and good service. Thank you for always making my stay a pleasant one. Recommended.

Room comfortable, the ambiance was good. The swimming pool is kids friendly. The breakfast buffet is also nice and delicious. The hotel is also connected to a mall, although not many stores are open yet, but okay la.
