The towel doesn't absorb water, it's really bad. Asked for an absorbent one but there wasn't any. There was no soap either.

Been here 4 times and it's always COMFORTABLE! Bandung is the best for hotels.

The place is comfortable, nice, clean. Too bad I didn't have time to swim because the weather in Bandung was cold when I stayed, so I chose not to swim. Overall OK. Got a good price too, next time I want to stay there again.

Hot water for bathing does not work, snacks are not prepared, rooms are not soundproof.

The room and toilet were not very clean, there were lots of small cockroaches. The toilet smelled really bad even though I asked the staff to put camphor in it but it still smelled. The staff were all friendly.

the mattress is an old mattress, not like a hotel mattress!! when we first arrived in the room, the floor was still wet! the mattress spray was not replaced, it was dirty

New and clean hotel in the city center and near grandma's house but there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. Hopefully in the future there will be a package for breakfast too!😉

The staff is friendly and the room is quite comfortable. There is no breakfast service but you can access food quite easily. The hot water is good, the AC is also cold. It is not spacious enough but still good and worthy

The spring bed is broken, it needs to be replaced. It doesn't match the price of a room of 500 thousand without breakfast.

The pool is under maintenance but the price remains the same. Room is not soundproof we can hear sounds from the receptionist below, let alone the same floor. Linen is not clean and there is a lot of stains and bathroom is smelly. Amenities are very limited we got only 1 sachet of 3-1 liquid soap. There is no hairdryer and very late response from the staffs. The security is not good there is no guard at night. We had to pay for Rp100k deposit too for the stay which is very inconvenient for a small budget hotel.

Basically the best would be to stay here again.
