Honestly, I comment like this without any samsek to bring down anyone's business. First, I really hope the room facilities are really improved. From the wall paint, blankets, refrigerator, shower, balcony door handle (samsek can't be locked), and others. And second, the service from RedDoorz, so there was an incident (one of) where the refrigerator didn't turn on even though it was plugged into the electricity, I have complained twice. The first complaint is understandable because I complained at 23.00 to 00.00 (if I'm not mistaken) by asking RedDoorz to fix the refrigerator, but the information from there was that it couldn't be fixed now because the technician was no longer there. Then the next day I complained again by informing the same thing, but my second complaint was really not responded to by Samsek. Which made all the food I brought go bad. My communication with the provider was via WhatsApp, I even confirmed it face to face with the guys below (after I checked and when I wanted to eat at the apartment canteen), but was only informed to "try chatting on WA" and when I chatted there was nothing. It's really a shame with a room that I think if it is well maintained is very good.
