Not worth it for that price for one room, no towels provided, the TV doesn't work, the bed is shaky, the hot water takes a long time, 1 star in short

Friendly hotel staff, safe parking, quite strategic location. The hotel breakfast is delicious. Next to it is a Borma supermarket, in front of it are many food vendors. Only the cleanliness of the room is not well maintained, especially the toilet. The lights are too dim. Not suitable for bringing children to stay overnight. Please pay attention to the cleanliness again so that it is more comfortable & always becomes one of the choices to stay again.. 👌🏻😉

People who shower using a shower will be more comfortable if there is a shower head holder so they can "clean" their bodies & wash their hair. 2. The towels are like sandpaper. Bad experience: Date 01 Dec 2024 Room 204 at 07:05 I used the toilet to defecate, when I wanted to "rinse", the water did not come out. At 07:12 the front office informed me that the water was being filled. Can't imagine people defecating having to leave the bathroom without "rinsing" because the toilet tissue is outside the bathroom because there is no holder. At 07:43 Thank God the front office staff provided a solution to take a shower in room 115 and it worked well. I was informed that there was a blockage in the water pipe. My questions: 1. How is the maintenance? 2. Are you ready to become a hotel?

The room is stuffy, dusty. The toilet is dirty. The color of the towels has changed from white to brown.

The staff are friendly, and the room is pretty comfortable. Just some part needs to be fixed the toilet seat is broken and the floor under the bathroom door is so dirty. It says non smoking room, but the room smells a bit like cigarettes. BUT the worst part is that wifi connection was so badd while I really need wifi so I'm disappointed 🥲

The room is not well maintained, the walls are moldy, smells musty, stuffy, the bathroom is narrow. I have checked this, it's only been 30 minutes trying to rest but I can't. So I chose another place to stay. Very bad experience, the first time in Bandung.
