The entrance is a bit long and dark because it is in a new housing complex, but there are many lights along the way. so don't worry... and it's not too quiet going up and down in the housing complex. the room is clean, comfortable and the view is okay. directly see the mountain. there is a balcony for relaxing outside. and there are children's toys. it's fun.

Please clean the room more I swept it myself because the room was dirty with lots of people's hair, I wanted to borrow a pillow but there was none. Even though I was willing to pay more. I wanted to borrow an umbrella but I couldn't. Very unfriendly. Even though I paid more, I don't mind..

booked a deluxe room. on the 2nd floor. the room is clean, comfortable. the view is really nice. cold, until the AC is not turned on hahahaaa. the receptionist is friendly. spacious motorbike and car parking. hot water is on. TV is digital, but there are not many channels. this is my second stay here. recommended in my opinion. next time will be here again. thank you.

Clean hotel, close to tourist attractions, parking is okay. The downside is there is no cupboard and the hot water takes a long time to come out.

The staff are friendly, all are nice. But there are some things missing, there is no mat for the bathroom and there is no water heater + tea/coffee sachets to drink in the room with a room price above 500 thousand.

Saya akan menyampaikan secara objektif. Ada plus minusnya. Plusnya: 1. Lokasinya nyaman karena view. Nya langsung pegunungan. 2. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan semua tempat wisata (jatim park 2, Museum angkut, BNS) 3. Cocok hanya untuk numpang tidur dan mandi doang. Minusnya: 1. Kamar bau pengap. 2. Tamu menginap lebih dari sehari, kamar gak dibersihkan. Bersihkan 2 hari sekali sampahnya gak diambilin. 3. Handuk bau pengap. 4. Dinding banyak noda dan mengelupas. 5. Sprei dan sarung bantal kotor

Beberapa kali menginap di sini, saya suka karena suasana tenang dan menyenangkan. Tidak disediakan sabun/sampo. Untuk penginapan kali ini saya dapat satu bantal yang bau sekali. Mohon diperhatikan lagi!

Tempatnya bersih cuma tidak ada gantungan baju di dalam kamar, juga tidak ada genset kemarin. Ke sana pas listrik mati jadi tv dan lain-lain juga ikut mati
