Seriously, it's the hotel's fault for not providing space for employee cars. I've tried to get a refund from the app, but I can't because the hotel doesn't open a refund. I've tried calling the app too, but I can't because the hotel doesn't want to open a refund. Seriously, this time I'm disappointed with the hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly when checking in or checking out.

The hotel staff asked for payment twice and the money was not returned.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly, the room my friend was using was suddenly subject to additional charges. When checking out, the staff asked for deposit money and got angry without any clear reason.

Kebersihan kurang. Dan pelayanan kurang memeuaskan.

The room was dirty and smelly.

Pulang dini hari tapi gak bisa masuk karena digembok. Jadi cari hotel lain. Bayar double hotel gara-gara ini dan deposit 100rb dihanguskan karena telat cekout. Gimana ga telat karena harus urus 2 hotel. Kamar gak ditempatin, deposit hangus, harus double payment hotel pula. Parah banget pokoknya bad hotel ever!

Pegawainya sombong dan kurang ajar, di komplain kami di usir. Kenapa tidak di tutup aja hotel busuk ini, sprei kotor Smp sekujur badan gatal semua, kamar mandi menjijikan, kamar bau x Padahal yang platinum, di bawa tempat tidur banyak sampah bekas jamu-jamu, menyesal sekali nginap di sni, pesan sebelum pesan lebih baik lihat review hotel busuk ini. Pegawai nya harap di ajarkan sopan santun biar th brbicara sopan Kpd tamu hotel, pantesan review hotel ini semua mengecewakan. Dan benar-benar trjadi sama kami. Aku kasih nilai -100

Mantap sesuai dengan foto, harga bersahabat, meskipun dalam deposit harus cash.

Kasurnya lembab, sprei bercak-bercak kuning, tidak ada handuk.

My advice is to just close RedDoorz, the service is not good at all. Dirty room, AC not cold. Hopefully it will close soon.

The staff is not friendly, the place is really bad, the spray mattress has never been replaced, the bathroom, the shower is broken, the AC is broken, the worst hotel ever.

The AC is quite cold but the place is like a boarding house 😩.

The air conditioning works well enough and the staff is okay. However, the hygiene of this place is very questionable at best. The rooms are not very well-ventilated, either.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the room was not clean.

The place is not as bright as the photos and pictures.
