Disappointing hot water doesn't work, small water. That's why I took the suite I thought had hot water.

the tap water smells metallic or has sand in it

Not sure if I booked the cheapest room from their promo, but I was given the room facing the road. Good Lord, I can't sleep from the noise coming from the traffic! Toilet was dirty, beds have bugs, floor was dusty, sink was leaking. It is almost uninhabitable.

Convenient location, easy to find food.

In terms of location, it is very strategic, located in the middle of the city, so easy access to go anywhere. It's just that the cleanliness issue that needs to be upgraded the most, as soon as you enter the room, the first impression is, it smells, the floor is dusty as if it hasn't been swept for a long time. The sheets and pillow cases look shabby, the lights in the room and toilet are dim and not bright, affiliated with Red Doorz but there is not the slightest touch and identity of Red Doorz which is always neat and clean, even though the price is cheap.

strategic location. economical price. unfortunately there is no hot water. the mattress smells like urine or something. I stayed in family room 317. hopefully in the future the shortcomings can be improved. thank you

The room is very smelly, I ordered a deluxe, in the picture there is a bathtub but when I was given there was no bathtub, even though I didn't want to use the bathtub because it was dirty and the toilet smelled like a spittank that came out of the room, cleanliness is very lacking, there are still leaks, minimal facilities because the price is cheap, it's okay, at least it doesn't smell

It is perfect for a sudden overnight stay with a minimal budget.

Don't expect too much from this price. But the location is very strategic. Right next to KFC and Ramayana

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the facilities are good, the building is also good, more like a hotel.

we got a room on the bottom floor. the way to the basement, smells bad if you tidy up a little more it's okay, but worthit for 1 room 3 beds.

The bathroom is very slippery, the floor is dirty, the sheets are itchy, it's stuffy during the day, it's better to provide a fan at least, only 1 towel for 2 people. For that budget, it's okay, only the cleanliness needs to be improved.

I took the duluxe, room 313. The room is spacious, all facilities are functioning well, clean and the service is friendly. Every time I want to go to Cibodas, it's the right choice to choose this inn because it is close to various and relatively cheap places to eat. Thank you 🙏.

the bathroom smells, there is no AC, it's ok at night but when it's hot during the day..., the bathroom definitely smells....
