The room was quite large, the shower had strong water, the AC was cold, and there were snacks included, and the breakfast was delicious. There was a power outage during my stay, and there weren't any convenience stores in the area. Access to the hotel was easy, but the road was a bit rough. Overall, the hotel was comfortable.

Hotel is easily accessible. 10 minutes from the toll gate. Parking area is quite spacious and safe.

the room is very comfortable. the bathroom is also clean (especially the toilet). the service center (via WA) is also fast response to answer questions from guests (because there is no telephone in the room). but because there was a disruption or because there were indeed many guests (Eid holiday), the water was turned off in the morning, and there was no notification. In the future, it can be more informative if there are obstacles that are indeed very vital, especially related to water availability.

A clean and comfortable hotel, exceeding my expectations when booking a hotel. Suitable as a transit hotel if from a long trip. The location is quite strategic from the toll road, but there is nothing around the hotel because in my opinion it fulfills its function as a transit hotel. Good service, standard breakfast.

The receptionist was very friendly, informing about tourist attractions in the area around Majalengka. The hotel room was quite clean, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the shower water was strong. We stayed here as a place to rest before continuing our journey back to Jakarta. There was only 1 pillow in the room, and it was too flat, that was the only drawback in the room. The breakfast variety was sufficient for this transit hotel.

It was very comfortable staying at this hotel, hopefully it will continue to maintain its quality.

Initially I was in room 303 then the AC was off, then I was offered to move rooms. The service was great. Quick response, so I felt comfortable.
