I booked for 3 nights for my staff. During their stay, the room was never cleaned. They only received two bottles of water. Last night, when they asked for two, they finally gave them two bottles. The soap and shampoo were not good. They had to buy soap at the supermarket, and the shower water flowed very slowly. They also found cockroaches in the room. It's perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay during an event at ICE. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk from Hall 3. I got room 203. There's no trash can in the room. There are only about 3 trash cans in the lobby on the second floor, and even those are almost full. It's difficult to dispose of toilet paper. The toilet has an unpleasant odor when flushing. The bathroom is difficult to close. Yesterday, I also got a mattress that was a bit less elastic, so it felt like it sank in. I could also hear the music from the next room. Please improve it again 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Room 607's air conditioning wasn't cold. The toilet had a lot of scale in the drain, and it looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom had a lot of yellowish scale.

I have watched the concert twice, I always stay here because access to ice bsd is just walking across, even though entering the complex is safer, there is an elevator so no need to go up and down the stairs, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there is also a water heater. It happened that the hotel was close to our running race event, so it only took about 15 minutes to walk to the location. In terms of the bathroom, it was quite clean, the hot and cold water facilities were quite good. Didn't get sandals and towels, toothpaste, toothbrush. If possible, bring your own toiletries. The mattress is comfortable and soft, the AC is nice and cold.

The area is strategic in the housing complex in front of ice bsd. They sell pop mie and light snacks. The downside is that there are black ants in the corner of the room since I arrived there, and the hotel also does not provide a mat/mat
