Friendly staff Location near the city Quiet atmosphere

The hotel is in good location, near city center and close surrounding to resto / cafe / food court. It is NOT well maintained. Shower tap and toilet spray is leaking. Hand basin is not draining well.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom fixtures (sink faucets) are old and poorly maintained, causing the shower water to back up. However, there's ample parking right in front of each room.

The bedroom does not match the picture, the small spring bed is combined into 1, the sink is clogged and leaking

It was a pleasant experience staying here for the price.

The location is in the city center, the price is affordable, all the room facilities are good, the staff is friendly and I have stayed here twice whenever I have work assignments.

Comfortable & if I go to Sukabumi I will stay here again, thank you ☺

Access to the hotel is very easy, close to the city center. When I arrived at the hotel, it was indeed like an old-school hotel, but after entering the room and bathroom, it was clean, the AC was cold and there was hot water so it was quite comfortable to be used as a place to stay if there were activities here.

the room is clean.. the facilities are ok.. there is a bathtub. I'm happy here, it's close to everything because it's right in the city. if I go to Sukabumi again, I will definitely stay here. Safe, comfortable and satisfying

It's a good stay here. But the bathroom faucet, door slot are problematic and the TV doesn't work. Improve maintenance

The water in the bathroom is not satisfactory, the wash basin is small, the heater does not work, there is no tap for ablution.

The cleanliness is not original. But oh well, it's quite close to the city center.

During arrival my wife found cockroach walking in the desk, looks like there is an issue with the bathroom cleaning. Another issue is broken toilet water spray, which did not check by hotel cleaning room before we check-in.

The hotel staff is friendly, all the facilities are good and functioning. This is the third time I have stayed here during a holiday to Sukabumi City.
