I've been to this hotel twice from Lampung. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and a bit cramped, with the bathrooms being a bit unclean. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Otherwise, it was fine.

Recommended if you go to Palembang, it's clean.
